摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a hot-water heater of the floor installation type which eliminates from the work of installation any possibility of a vacuum breaker being left unattached to the installation, makes the required piping work simple, and enables simplifying the working instruction given to the installation worker. CONSTITUTION:A hot-water heater of the floor installation type capable of supplying hot-water to a bathtub comprises a body of hot-water heater 30 and a vacuum breaker unit 20 which has a vacuum breaker 21 at the top of an inverted U-shaped tube 22. The body of hot-water heater is provided with an attaching device 36 by which the vacuum breaker unit is attached, a pair of joint tubes 35, 36 for the vacuum breaker for the connection with the ends of the pair of leglike tubes 22a of the inverted U-shaped tube, and a joint tube 37 to be connected with a pipe 5 to the bathtub for the supply of hot water. The joint tube 35 for the vacuum breaker is connected with the hot-outflow pipe 33 from the hot-water heater heat exchanger 31 and the other joint tube 36, with the joint tube 37 for the supply of hot water to the bathtub.

In the event that there is water in a water pan, the temperature does not increase by more than a specified value and in turn if there is no water in it, the temperature in the grill is increased more and more to exceed the predetermined value Ta, so that an electrical energization for the heater 4 is stopped.

Thus, a cooker which is of a simple structure and emits no smoke can be manufactured at a low cost.
