摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the operating force and stroke of a throttle pedal, by disposing, between an input rod coupled to the throttle pedal and an output piston coupled to a throttle lever, a control valve which is opened and closed in accordance with the engagement and disengagement between both input rod and output piston. CONSTITUTION:A input rod 2 coupled to a throttle pedal P and an output piston 3 coupled to a throttle lever L are positioned being opposed to each other within a cylinder 1 in a hydraulic booster B. The front end part of the input rod 2 is formed as a spherical valve section 14 which cooperates with a conical valve seat 15 formed in the rear surface of the piston 3 so that they constitute a control valve 16. The output piston 3 is formed therein with an oil hole 17 communicating between the center section of the valve seat 15 and an output oil chamber 6. When the pedal P is depressed to advance the input rod 2, the control valve 16 is closed to cut off the communication between oil chambers 5, 6. Thereby the hydraulic pressure is generated in the oil chamber 5 so that the output piston 3 is advanced to drive the throttle lever L.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of mounting and demounting of a clutch brake, by integrally assembling the members of the clutch brake on its disc shaft to interate them as a unit to facilitate the mounting and demounting on and from an output shaft. CONSTITUTION:To demount a clutch brake, a mounting bolt is removed from a cam plate 17 and a securing bolt 10 is then removed from an output shaft 1. Since the cam plate 17 and a rotary member 12 are mounted with bearings 5, 6 on a disc shaft 3 and a cam plate cover 19 and a pressure plate 25 are coupled to the cam plate 17 by a guide pin 26, these members can be removed together from the output shaft 1. Since these members are integrally assembled on the disc shaft 3, the clutch brake can be mounted on the output shaft 1 simply by fitting the disc shaft 3 on the output shaft and securing the disc shaft and the cam plate 17.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a clutch plate from coming in contact with a rotating member at interlocking the clutch by a method wherein a guide member is provided on the clutch plate and the rotating member is made up so that said guide member can be guided slidably in the direction of an output shaft. CONSTITUTION:In a powered lawn mower, when an operating lever 111 is revolved in the direction of arrow A, its bent parts 11a, 11a push a pressure plate 6 downward against the force of a spring 9. Accordingly, a clutch spring 35 expands, the clutch plate 26 and the disk plate 15 are interlocked in a unitary body and a working cutter blade 40 is rotated by the rotation of the output shaft 4. In this case, three projections 36 are formed on the peripheral edge of the clutch plate 26 and a guide member 37 made of glass fiber-containing resin etc. is attached to each projection 36. On the other hand, cavity parts 38 are formed on the side wall of the rotating member 31 at the locations corresponding to said projections 36 and the guide member 37 is guided keeping a predetermined clearance C between the guide member 37 and the cavity part 38.
