摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique enabling an easy inspection of an insert-molded product such as a puncture device.SOLUTION: A projection 81 is formed at an insert member 20 when there is wrong orientation or abnormal deformation. Most of or a considerable part of infrared rays or laser light emitted from a light-emitting element 78 is interrupted by the projection 81. As a result, light receiving intensity of a photodetector 79 is less than a specific value and it is determined that the insert-molded product 10 is defective. By visual inspection or an optical sensor, it is determined that the insert-molded product is defective when a through hole is clogged or the insert-molded product is not defective when the through hole is not clogged. This inspection does not require any X-ray inspection device and radiologists. Accordingly a technique capable of easily inspecting an insert-molded product is provided.

CONSTITUTION:The known data of a molding material to be used is inputted to a controller. The controller sets fundamental molding conditions such a temp. conditions or the like on the basis of a preliminarily inputted data base and subsequently sets an injection speed to one speed value on a high speed side and the injection start position of a screw to the most retreat position to pressure value on a low pressure side. Next, from the result after molding, injection pressure is increased to proper magnitude and, when a good product is obtained, an injection stroke is calculated and a set cushion stroke is added thereto to calculate a weighing value and an average injection speed is calculated from the injection stroke and these calculated values are set to the controller. After molding, the injection speed or injection pressure is finely adjusted.
