摘要： PURPOSE:To dispense with that a worker enters piping to perform a manual chipping cleaning work by moving a cleaning means obliquely spraying a cleaning material under rotation to remove bonded substance through a pipe body through a guide means. CONSTITUTION:The frame 7 of an apparatus is allowed to fall in piping 2 in a suspended state by a winch 4. Castors 12 are brought into contact with the inner surface 2a of the piping and a base material is extended and contracted to allow the rotary axis of the rotary pipe 17 of a cleaning means to coincide with the center axis of the piping 2. Next, the cleaning means is driven by a drive unit 24. The hydraulic motor 22 receiving oil pressure from a hydraulic oil supply means rotates the rotary pipe 17 in a desired number of rotations through a hydraulic motor gear and a jet nozzle gear. High pressure water passes through the rotary pipe from a connection pipe 14 to be supplied to each jet nozzle 19 through a coupling 18 and is injected from each nozzle part 20 to be obliquely sprayed to the bonded substance on the inner surface 2a of the piping from above to remove the same. In this state, the winch is driven to allow the frame of the apparatus to fall.

摘要： PURPOSE:To dispense with that a worker enters piping to perform a manual chipping cleaning work by rotating a jet nozzle on its own axis and revolving the leading end part thereof in a circumferential state and applying rotary motion to high pressure jet water to spray said water to the inner surface of the piping in an oblique direction. CONSTITUTION:The frame 3 of this apparatus 2 is received in piping 1 and castors 6 are brought into pressure contact with the inner surface 19 of the piping. The frame 3 is stably supported in the piping by castors 4, 6 and can freely move along the center axis direction of the piping. Next, a hydraulic pressure supply means provided outside the piping is operated to drive two hydraulic motors 21, 33 on the frame 3. At first, by the driving of the hydraulic motor 21, the jet nozzle 16 mounted on the nozzle case 15 on a stand 9 starts rotary motion around its own center axis (begins to rotate on its own axis). Next, a revolving wheel 30 begins to rotate by the driving of the hydraulic motor 33 to apply circumferential motion (revolution) to the leading end part of the jet nozzle rotating on its own axis. High pressure water is sprayed to the inner surface 1a of the piping from a nozzle part 17.
