    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a screw reinforcing bar to the top part of a steep pipe pile by attaching an attaching part on the head part outer peripheral part of the steel pipe pile by means of a tightening tool, and screwing the lower end of a screw reinforcing bar on the screw hole of a cylindrical part integrally provided with the attaching part. SOLUTION: A connection device 1 is provided with a flat plate-like attaching part 2 curved by being met to the radius of curvature of the outer peripheral face of the head part 110 of a steel pipe pile 100 and a cylindrical part 3 integrally provided on the width direction center of the attaching part 2. The connection tool 1 is coupled to the outer periphery of the head part 110 of the pile 110 by overlapping the attaching part 2 on the outer peripheral of the head part 110 and screwing and tightening a nut 5 to a bolt 4 inserted from the outside to bolt insertion holes 21, 12 so that the bolt insertion hole 12 of the attaching part 2 is overlapped on a bolt insertion hole 121 provided on the head part 110 side of the pile 100. In this case, if a plurality of the connection tools 1 are arranged on the outer periphery of the head part 110 of the pile 100 in zigzag, a number of the bolt insertion holes 121 are arranged in the circumferential direction of the head part 110, a case in which strength lowering of the head part 110 occurs can be avoided.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the quality and the yield of a mold by coating layer surface of mold material with slurry containing micro wave absorbing material and executing micro wave irradiation at the time of manufacturing the mold by melting and causing to flow out the pattern with micro wave irradiation. CONSTITUTION:The pattern 1 formed with wax, etc., is coated with refractory of zircon sand, etc., after dipping into the slurry (refractory material and coloidal silica) and naturally dried and coated with the micro wave permeable mold material 2a under remaining the opening part 3. After repeating this process at several times, local part selected in the pattern 1 in the mold material 2c for a third layer and two or four parts on the surface position of the third mold material 2c facing to locus (l) connecting the opening part 3 are coated with the slurry 4 containing powder of the micro wave absorbing material of graphite, etc. Successively, an intermediate material 5 is charged to the micro wave irradiated apparatus and when the material is irradiated with the micro wave, the pattern is melted and flows out and thermal expansion of the whole pattern all at once is prevented. By this method, crack of the mold is not developed and the quality and the yield of the mold can be improved.
