    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter bit which can easily penetrate even an especially hard diluvial clay layer, which can greatly reduce cutting resistance, and which enables cutting to be easily performed by reducing cutter torque. SOLUTION: This cutter bit 1, which is provided at the leading end of a shield machine so as to cut a face, is provided with a scoop-shaped bit body 2 where a cutting edge part 21 penetrating a cutting surface A of the face is formed at a leading end. The bit body 2 comes into contact with the cutting surface A in such a manner that a scoop-shaped and upward curved part 22 is almost parallel to the cutting surface A, and cuts the cutting surface A in such a manner as to thinly scoop it; and cut sediment is scooped and put into a downward opened opening 23 which is formed on the backside of the curved part 22. In addition, the form body 10 is moved to the right end under the guidance of the frame 20b, and it is pivoted on the form body 10 in the furthest right end to push it down as a shaft.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mud-added material jetting device in a shield machine capable of preventing the entry of excavated sediment even when not pressed by a mud-added material and usable for a long period of time.
      SOLUTION: The mud-added material jetting device 1 provided at a cutter face 7 of the shield machine to jet the mud-added material 6 to a working face, is provided with a case part 2 provided inside the cutter face 7 and opened at a front end face 2a, and a driving shaft 3 provided to be protrudable from the front end face 2a inside of the case part 2 against energizing force. The inside of the driving shaft 3 is filled with the mud-added material 6, and the front end outer peripheral surface of the driving shaft 3 is formed with a mud-added material jet port 33 for jetting the mud-added material 6 to the working face when the driving shaft 3 protrudes from the front end face of the case part 2 against the energizing force by the pressure of the mud-added material 6.
