摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a marker tube mounting machine, which fabricates an electric wire with a marker tube to be laid in a distribution board etc., from poor operation when the marker tube is not placed correctly in a marker tube holding means which holds marker tube so that the electric wire passes through the inner hole of the marker tube. CONSTITUTION:A marker tube mounting machine is composed of a means to transport an electric wire, a marker tube holding means 31 to hold a single piece 10 of marker tube, a marker tube transporting means 44 to transport the marker tube to the holding means, and a marker tube sensing means 38 to sense the marker tube single piece in a setting part 35. When the marker tube is not placed correctly, the holding means is opened, and the operation is once stopped. Thereby the device is free from risk of being damaged, and the marker tube can be removed easily from the holding means.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the printer in the title wherein circuit constants in a constant current mirror circuit are changed in correspondence with the kinds of the types to be printed and printing conditions, a hammer solenoid current is controlled, and fine adjustment of the printing pressure can be performed. CONSTITUTION:Bases of transistors 4-7 are connected to a constant voltage power source Vcc through resistors 15-18 and the output terminals P1-P4 of a printing pulse circuit 19. A memory circuits 30 stores printing pressure data, and makes the output terminals P1-P4 of the printing pulse circuit 19 output a negative printing pulse Pm in response to the types to be printed. The printing pressue can be controlled by the magnitude of the solenoid current iL. The resistance values of the resistors 11-14 are changed. Transistors 4-7 for controlling the constants of the mirror circuit which is turned ON in correspondence with the kinds of the types to be printed are changed. The overall adjustment of the printing pressure is performed by changing the resistance value R9 of a resistor 9 by a switch 29.

摘要： PURPOSE:To augment the capacity of types with an increase the number of comb-shaped type plates capable of being housed in a type case drum by housing them radially on the circumference of the drum to facilitate the mechanism of selecting strip-shaped type plates. CONSTITUTION:As a type case rotation motor 13 is driven with a driver, a type case drum 11 is rotated to select a desired comb-shaped type plate 10 while a type case slide motor 14 runs with the driver. A type case drum 13 slides horizontally and a desired type on the comb-shaped type plate 10 stops at a position on a hammer 16. Then, a type plate shifting motor 17 is driven with the driver to pull up the comb-shaped type plate 10 by way of a type plate shifting shaft 19 and a type plate shifting belt 18 whereby upper types 30a- or lower type 31a- are selected.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the printing speed with a greater selection speed leassening the selection distance by dispersing types of a highly frequent use prepared in plurality over a plurality of type plates. CONSTITUTION:Interface signals 30 are converted into parallel data with a serial port 31 and temporarily stored in a buffer 32. A control section 33 picks up the address of a type case drum 2 and the address of types on a type plate 1 from a data memory 34 according to a chinese character stored in the buffer 32 to instruct a drive section. For example, a type plate 41-1 in which characters of a highly frequent use are set in package is mounted in type case drum addresses 40-1, 40-8, 40-17 and 40-26. Types are selected from a type plate mounted in a type case drum address the closest to the current one and a printing is performed.

When reaching the set number of times, the counter part is cleared while the address data of the frequently- used types 8 is altered to that of the same new types and the printing part 14 is driven on the basis of this address data. By this method, printing quality and the use efficiency of the type plate can be enhanced.
