摘要： PURPOSE: To easily reinforce deteriorated parts of various concrete structures without much restriction on the applied face. CONSTITUTION: Appropriate number of drilled holes 21 are formed at the parts to apply a bending reinforcement in a concrete structure like beams, floors, etc., and an anchor bolt 22 screwed with an expanding body 22c is inserted into each drilled hole 21. The fixing pieces 22d of the expanding body 22c are radially spread to fix to the inner wall face of drilled hole. Steel plates 23 on which an opening 23a for the anchor bolt 22 is formed are arranged with a specified distance from the wall face of the concrete structure. A nut 25 is screwed on the front end of the anchor bolt 22 projected from respective openings 23a and fixed thereto. A grouting material 29 is filled in the clearance between the surface of concrete structure and the steel plates 23.

SOLUTION: A proof stress reinforcing method is to reinforce a concrete structure from one face side. A steel plate 11 is positioned on the inner wall face of the upper floor panel 10a of a box culvert 10 as the concrete structure and an anchor bolt 13 as a shearing reinforcing steel material is driven in almost all thickness of the upper floor panel 10a of the box culvert 10 and anchored to the box culvert 10 to fix the steel plate 11. In this way, the shearing and benging proof stresses of the box culvert 10 are increased.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the construction period by providing a steel frame inside of a precast form which is obtained by mixing the reinforcing material in mortar, and placing concrete inside of this precast framework. SOLUTION: A cylindrical concrete precast material 7 is stood at a central part of a foundation 2, and steel frames 4 made of H-shaped steel, which are respectively provided with projections in the surface thereof, are stood in the periphery of the precast material 7. The reinforcing material 8 made of stainless steel fiber is mixed in the cement group mortar at 20-60% of water-cement ratio so as to form a precast form 1. Assembly reinforcements 6 and a tie-hoop 3 are fitted onto the circumference of the inside of the precast framework 1, and a required number of the precast form 1 and the steel frame 4 are connected, and thereafter, concrete is placed. Crack dispersibility and toughness of the steel framed concrete structure can be thereby remarkably improved.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a rational designing of an anchor member for a large steel tower by calculating a shearing stresss, bending stress or the like of the member with respect to an axial load applied on a main leg column of the steel tower by the use of a calculation equation based on an actual scale experiment. SOLUTION: A mounting plate 53 is welded to a lower part of a main leg column 52 of a steel tower, then an anchor member 54 formed by combining two angle members is mounted by bolts 55, and burried in footing concrete so as to suport an axial load acting on the column 52. In designing the member 54, by the use of a calculation equation determined based on an actual scale experiment, data of the member 54, plate 53, concrete and the like as well as a design load of the column 52 is input for calculating a shearing stress and bending stress of the member 54, a support stress of the concrete, a rigidity ratio between the member 54 and the plate 53. Then, it is confirmed that those values are in an allowable range. Accordingly, the member 54 can be rationally designed with respect to the design load of the column increasing according to increase in the size of steel tower.

The anchor member 12 is fixed by sticking with an adhesive 11 filled in the inserting hole 30.
