    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for measuring stress present in reinforcing bars of a reinforced concrete structure capable of inexpensively and easily measuring stress of the reinforcing bars without damaging the reinforcing bars regardless of whether the concrete structure is existing one or newly provided one. SOLUTION: The system for measuring stress present in the reinforcing bars of a reinforced concrete structure is characterized in that it has a stress measuring sensor 11 provided with a hollow member 12 in which a reinforcing bar to be measured is inserted, a secondary coil 13 wound on the internal periphery of the hollow member 12, a primary coil 14 wound on the external periphery of the hollow member 12, and a thermometer 15 for measuring the temperature of the reinforcing bar 5; a conversion equation computing means (computing part) 20 for inserting a reinforcing bar for calibration in the stress measuring sensor 11, providing a pulse current for the primary coil 14, and acquiring a conversion equation through the use of both an induced current value acquired from the secondary coil 13 and the temperature of the thermometer 15; a detecting means for acquiring both the induced current value and temperature acquired from a pulse current of the primary coil 14 via the secondary coil 13 through the use of the stress measuring sensor 11 mounted to the reinforcing bar to be measured 5; and a stress computing means (computing part) 20 for computing the acquired induced current value and the temperature through the use of the conversion equation to determine the stress present in the reinforcing bar.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground stabilizing construction method, which has the wider applicability of the execution of works and is more efficient and simpler than a conventional construction method, in the ground stabilizing construction method, in which underwater concrete for the prevention of the phenomenon of heaving, etc., and cutoff improvement is used at the time of excavation works. SOLUTION: In a process, in which an earth retaining wall 2 is placed around an excavating ground and excavation works are conducted by underwater excavation, projecting sections 7, stepped sections and inclined surface sections are formed on the surface of the earth retaining wall 2 before underwater concrete 11 is placed onto a bottom-section ground 3, and the earth retaining wall is placed in a tapered shape. Placed underwater concrete 11 is retained by the earth retaining wall 2 by integral curing with the projecting sections 7, and a concrete disk 6 is pushed and stopped by the stepped sections and the inclined plane sections, and the earth retaining wall 2 is pushed and stopped by forming in the tapered shape.
