摘要： PURPOSE:To relieve a load by storing all dial data in a dial memory section before the acquisition of a communication network so as to send a dial signal immediately, thereby reducing the time when the communciation network side has to be in a standby state. CONSTITUTION:With the presence of a dial data input and without any correciton input, a telephone set control section 55 stores an inputted dial data to a dial memory section 56. In giving the command of acquisition of communication network by the telephone set control section 55, a communication network control means 57 starts the communication network to detect a dial tone and to inform the acquisition of communication network to the telephone set control section 55. Then the telephone set control section 55 reads a dial data from the dial memory section 56, gives it to a communication network control means 57, from which a dial signal is sent. Since the dial data corresponding to a dial signal desired to be sent are stored in the dial memory section 56, no line acquisition is executed during this time and useless line holding is not required. Since the communication network is acquired after a required dial data is stored, a troublesome operation for the consecutive communication network acquisition is not required.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the unnecessary dial operation of an operator at the time of activating communications function by providing a means to display the communications function which can be operated in advance. When the detecting means detects a condition in an image processing operation guiding, the control part 4 displays, on a displaying part 1, that only a voice communications function can be operated. When the detecting means detects the condition in a voice processing operation guiding, the means displays, on the displaying part 1, that only an image communications function can be operated. Thus, since the operator is informed in advance that a desired communications function can not be operated, the useless dial operation can be eliminated.
