摘要： PURPOSE:To stably recover the exhaust heat from a fuel cell by continuously and stably supplying the battery cooling water of the fuel cell. CONSTITUTION:A power generating system is provided with a battery cooling water supply quantity control valve 12 for controlling the supply water quantity on a fuel cell cooling water supply pipe 9 and a power generation current detecting means 30 for measuring the power generation current of a fuel cell. A controller 32 calculates the steam quantity required for the fuel reform to feed hydrogen to a fuel cell stack 3 and controls the battery cooling water supply quantity control valve 12 to supply the fuel cell cooling water corresponding to the fuel reforming steam quantity. The battery cooling water is continuously and stably supplied. When the battery cooling water is continuously supplied, the temperature or pressure of the battery cooling water is kept constant, the reduction of the power generation efficiency and the sintering of a catalyst are prevented, and the exhaust heat is stably recovered.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make safe operation of power generating continuously with a fuel cell even when it is not possible to perform the heat exhaust process with its exhaust heat processing device. CONSTITUTION:The output of a fuel cell is supplied through a cell output control device 12. If the exhaust heat collecting heat-exchanger 7 is not capable of exhausting the heat emitted by the body 1 of the fuel cell to the outside of the cell coolant system, a control device 5 measures the pressure in a stream separator 3 using a pressure sensor 6, controls the cell output control device 12 so that the pressure becomes constant, and decreases the amount of power generation of the fuel cell. This discreasing causes the heat emission amount at power generating to balance with the natural heat radiating, etc., makes constant the reacting temp. of the fuel cell, and permits continued operation of power generation while the heat exhaust process to outside the cell coolant system is no more needed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the coefficient of performance of an absorption type refrigerator operated by the exhaust heat of a fuel cell while the life of a battery cell is kept the same as before. The controller 31 calculates the optimum temperature set value of the cell cooling water of the fuel cell 3 from the refrigerator cooling water temperature and controls the steam flow fed to the absorption type refrigerator 21 via the valve opening of a steam flow control valve 6. The battery cooling water temperature of the fuel cell 3 is changed in response to the cooling water temperature of the absorption type refrigerator 21, and the coefficient of performance of the absorption type refrigerator 21 throughout the year is improved while the deterioration is made equal throughout the year and the life is kept at the same value as that in the past.

Meanwhile, when the sensed temperature of the sensor 31 becomes the predetermined value or lower, the pump 23 is operated, the valve 24 is opened, the valve 25 is closed, and the cooling operation of the transporting cycle; is executed. The compressor 21 is not operated. Thus, any of the cooling operations of the compression cycle and the transporting cycle is selectively executed according to the atmospheric temperature.
