      SOLUTION: The subscriber's telephone exchange according to the present invention includes a plurality of subscriber line signal generation units. When contents of the subscriber line signal are newly specified, each of the subscriber line signal generation units prepares for transmission of the subscriber line signal having the content and sets a transmission preparation completion flag of its system to an active state. When an active state of a transmission preparation completion flag of another subscriber line signal generation unit is detected, one synchronization timing synchronized with a basic timing signal is set to the transmission timing of the prepared subscriber line signal.
