摘要： PURPOSE:To detect the generation of a trouble at a radio connecting device with a radio line control device by diagnosing a communication trouble at a radio connecting device by the instruction from the radio line control device side and transmitting the result to the radio line control device side. CONSTITUTION:When a trouble diagnosing action is started, a central control unit 10 of a radio line control device 1 controls a polarity inversion generating part 211 and polling is executed to a radio connecting device 61. At the radio connecting device 61 side, a polarity inversion detecting circuit 311 detects the presence and absence of the polarity inversion, and when the polling is executed, a trouble diagnosing part 311 is activated, and a trouble diagnosing part 321 executes the diagnosis by the loop checking and the voltage checking. A direct current loop opening closing circuit 331, when the trouble is absent, closes a direct current loop, responds to the radio line control device, and when the trouble is present, the direct current loop is released as it is and completion is obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To attain restoration processing restoring an equipment having a fault into the normal state with simple control by providing a radio channel controller and repeating the stop and restart of power feeding with the prescribed number of times when the abnormality of the radio connection equipment is judged. CONSTITUTION:While a radio connection equipment 5 and a radio channel controller 3 are in sequence control for call processing or the like, when the controller 3 detects the abnormality caused by sequence error, etc., of any of the equipment 5, the power supply to the equipment 5 is stopped. After a prescribed time set to a feeding start timer in advance, the controller 3 starts the power feeding to the equipment 5 again. The power for the equipment 5 is once turned off and when power is restored after a prescribed time elapses, then initializing is implemented and in the case of a sequence error or the like, the abnormality is restored and the equipment is recovered into the normal state. When the abnormality of the equipment is not restored by the initializing through one power reapplication, the controller 3 repeats the processing power interruption and power supply for the prescribed number of times and when the abnormality is not recovered after that, the equipment 5 is registered as an abnormal equipment. Thus, the restoration processing in the occurrence of the abnormality is attained with simple control.

CONSTITUTION:Assuming the RTEL 1A moves from the service area of a system B to the service area of a system C and applies zone registration, the RCU of the system C (hereinafter referred to as RCU 3) registers the RTEL 1A, allocates an extension to the RTEL 1A and informs the registration of the RTEL 1A and the assigned extension number to a home RCU 3A. In receiving the notice, the home RCU 3A instructs the release of registration to the RCU 3B and the RCU 3B releases the extension assigned to the RTEL 1A. Thus, the RTEL can be used even when it belongs to a service area different from that belonging to the RTEL 1A.

摘要： PURPOSE:To use one set of mobile equipment in plural service areas by allowing a radio line controller of a mobile destination service area to store an ID number of a position before the mobement by a new position registration when a mobile equipment moves to other service area so as to apply call connection to the mobile equipment registered by the ID number. CONSTITUTION:When a radio telephone set 4 leaves a service area 8 registered already and moves to other service area 9, a radio line controller 2 at the mobile destination stores the ID number of a preceding service area 8 of the radio telephone set 4. Then the radio line controller at the mobile destination adds the stored ID number to an incoming signal and an outgoing reply signal to the radio telephone set 4 in the service area 9 to apply incoming/outgoing call. Thus, even when the mobile equipment moves to the service area other than the home area, the call connection to the mobile equipment is possible.

Thereby, it is possible to register, change, and delete the managing information easily and inexpensively by the user, and a manufacturer can ship a device without writing the managing information.

CONSTITUTION:The radio telephone set 3 is provided with a means which sends out a position registration request signal when the operation switch is operated, and a radio connection device 12 is provided with a means which sends out the position registration request signal and identification number from the radio telephone set 13 and the reception level of a received signal; and a radio line controller 11 is provided with a means which compares the level of the received signal from the radio connection device, and a means which stores the radio zone of the radio connection device 12 with maximum level and the radio telephone set 13 in corresponding relation, and a position registering means is made independent of a calling procedure. Then the position of the radio telephone set is registered in the radio line controller through the switch operation of the radio telephone set for a position registration request. Consequently, a radio telephone system of simple circuit constitution is realized and the power consumption of the radio telephone set can be reduced.
