摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to remove a propulsion reaction force at an arrival side and push in and lay out a pipe when pushing in the pipe from a launching side. SOLUTION: This piping layout method comprises a process which drills pilot hole between a launching shaft P1 and an arrival shaft P2 , a process which wires a PC steel wire 3 smaller than the inside diameter of a pipe 15 to be constructed, a process which fixes the PC wire 3 with the arrival shaft P2 , a process which penetrates the PC steel wire 3 into the pipe 15 at the launching shaft P1 and a process which pushes the pipe 15 by using a pipe shield device 1 which fixes the PC steel wire as a reaction force body at the launching shaft P1 .

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a long and precise drilling of the ground without any lubricant or slurry by a small and light drilling machine. SOLUTION: In this drilling method of the ground, a first large diameter auger 801 is used to push in the first large diameter casing 5 while excavating the ground 10. When the excavating efficiency of the auger 801 has decreased, the auger is pulled out, in the first drilling process. The second middle diameter casing 6 having a smaller outer diameter than the inner diameter of the first large diameter auger 801 and the second middle diameter auger 802 having a smaller outer diameter than the inner diameter of the second middle diameter casing 6 are used in the second drilling process, against the drilling part of the first drilling process. Subsequently, the third, the fourth,... casings and augers are used likewise until the drilling is completed in the third, the fourth... processes.

SOLUTION: A single-acting hydraulic cylinder 11 is incorporated as a power source, an external cylinder 12 is installed on the outside of the hydraulic cylinder 11 and a diameter-expanded pipe 13 onto the external cylinder 12, a sliding pipe 14 is connected at the rear section of the diameter-expanded pipe 13, and a propulsion-pipe adapter 16 bonded with the rear section of the single-acting hydraulic cylinder 11 is mounted into the sliding pipe 14. A coupler connecting a hydraulic hose supplying the single-acting hydraulic cylinder 11 with a working fluid is set up at a central section, and a spherical head 11-2 is fitted at the front end of a piston rod 11-1 in the single-acting hydraulic cylinder 11.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by providing a diametrically extended pipe and a connecting disc equipped with a plural number of connecting pipes on a single action hydraulic cylinder having cylinders on the inside and the outside. SOLUTION: A double propulsive machine for pipe drawing is constituted of a single action hydraulic cylinder 20 consisting of an outside cylinder 25, an inside cylinder 26 and a piston rod 27, a diametrically extended pipe 24 and a connecting disc 29 respectively free to connect and disconnect on its outside and rear side, a coupler 23 for connection of a hydraulic hose 5 and a connecting pipe 21 for connection of a pilot pipe 100. When working oil is supplied to the cylinder 20 from a hydraulic pump through the hydraulic hose 5, the cylinder 25 moves to the side of a starting shaft by a specified stroke, and the soil is dug in advance in an area of the diametrically extended pipe 24. Thereafter, the double propulsive machine for pipe drawing is drawn to the side of the starting shaft by a general pushing device in the starting shaft, and a desired number of pipe lines 200 connected to the disc 29 through a communicating pipe 30 are drawn into the earth. Consequently, it is possible to extensively reduce resistance at the time of drawing multiple and to increase the number of the laid pipes up to more than four lines.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground boring device which can take the propulsive reaction force on the side with a reaching shaft in case no propulsive reaction force is obtained on the side with a starting shaft and can decrease the moving amount of a propelling device on the starting shaft side such as a hydraulic jack. SOLUTION: An underground boring device is composed of a propelling device 1 installed in a starting shaft, a holding device 19 installed in a reaching shaft, a propelling force transmitting rod 8 to couple the holding device 19 with the propelling device 1, a tooling pipe 6 which is penetrated by the rod 8 and contacted with the propelling device 1 and whereby a plurality of pieces are made practicable to be coupled, and a diameter enlarging jig 7 which is contacted with the tip of the tooling pipe in its propelled direction and penetrated by the rod 8. Tooling pipes 6 to transmit the propulsive force from the device 1 substantially to the jig 7 are spliced one after another along the rod 8 with progress of the boring process, and thereby advance can be made while boring underground is conducted.

SOLUTION: This composite pipe-jacking device 1 put between a pilot pipe D laid in advance and a jacking pipe H to be laid, is provided with a cylinder 2 as the driving power source and a built-in piston rod 5 to excavate the ground in advance by the extending movement in the cylinder 2. A sliding cylinder 3 is connected to the piston rod 5 to move together and the sliding cylinder 3 is connected to the pilot pipe D through a shaking-head structure which is constituted of the combination of a spherical shaft 16 and spherical bearings 17, 18 to drive the composite pipe jacking device and follow a curve without troubles even if there is a curve on laying the pilot pipe D.
