      SOLUTION: The information relay system includes: a communication connection control means for controlling communication connection between one or more encryption-compatible terminals and one or more encryption-noncompatible terminals on a network having these terminals; a communication path forming means for forming a communication path for encryption communication to an encryption-compatible terminal and a communication path for nonencryption communication to an encryption-noncompatible terminal via the communication connection control means in communication connection processing when the communication connection control means judges that communications are performed between the encryption-compatible terminal and the encryption-noncompatible communication terminal; and a relay means for performing encryption communications with the encryption-compatible terminal and nonencryption communication with the encryption-noncompatible terminal after the communication path for encryption communication and the communication path for nonencryption communication are formed.

    • PURPOSE:To accept only an incoming call from a caller whose called party is willing to pay the charge by allowing a communication terminal equipment to limit the arrival of a call whose charge is imposed on a called party based on a caller number. CONSTITUTION:When an incoming call signal (SETUP) 200 is received in an idle state, a caller number in the SETUP 200 and a caller number registered in a called party charge share caller number registration table 206 are compared. When the caller numbers are coincident, a call signal ALERT is sent to an ISDN, sends a reply signal CONN 202 upon the receipt of the reply of the user and the communication is established after a reply acknowledge signal CONNACK 203 from the ISDM is received. When the caller number is dissident, a release end signal RELCOMP 204 is sent to the ISDK and the idle state is restored. Thus, the called party charge share caller number registration table 206 is used to accept an incoming call from a caller having a caller number desiring the called party charging and to reject other calls.

CONSTITUTION:When a PBX 100 receives an extension telephone number or a transfer destination telephone number as a transfer registration special number and a transfer original telephone number from an extension telephone set 104 or a public telephone network 107, a controller 102 reads a transfer registration table 200 from a memory 103 of the PBX 100. Then the received extension telephone number is retrieved based on the read table 200. When the received extension telephone number exists, the transfer destination telephone number received by the transfer destination telephone number area 203 relating to the received extension telephone number is recorded in the read table 200 and a transfer display flag 202 is set to 1. Then the controller 102 gives a command to send a processing end tone to a switch device 101 to terminate the processing. When the received extension telephone number does not exist as the result of the retrieval, the disabled transfer registration is informed.

As a result of the retrieval of the busy flag 8d, when the busy state of the called subscriber C is recognized, the controller 2 informs to the caller subscriber A of the busy state. As the result of the analysis as to whether or not a telephone set is busy, when the busy state is recognized, the controller 2 retrieves a neighbour telephone number to a neighbour telephone number table 9. When the neighbour telephone number is recognized by the retrieval, whether or not the telephone set of the telephone number is busy is analyzed. When no busy state is discriminated by the analysis, a call signal is sent to the telephone set of the telephone number and the mode is transited to the call state.
