In S41, a keyword storage part 7 is referred to so as to extract a keyword included in all the extracted moving picture IDs. In S42, the keyword storage part 7 is referred to so as to extract a partial ID saved in the keyboard storage part 7 when the extracted keyword is saved in the keyword of the moving picture ID corresponding to the requested trial viewing. In S43, parts extracted by reference to start positions saved in the moving picture storage part 5 are arrayed in the order of partial IDs, and a moving picture file is created as a trial view content by extracting parts from a moving picture file and connecting them together. In S44, the created trial view content is transmitted to a user terminal and the processing ends.

Moreover, realizing lodgment selection by coordinate operation of the lodgment selection devices placed distributingly can reduce the quantity of recording resources required by each lodgment selection device.

The information transmission means 11 dynamically changes the information transmission rate in the conference in accordance with the change in the designated information transmission rate during the conference.

    • PURPOSE:To shorten the holding time of a processing node in each processing unit by circulating node transition information and information relating to processing contents in each node as control information, and when each node ends the processing of the node itself specified in the control information, sending the control information to the succeeding node. CONSTITUTION:A service receiving node SN interprets a processing request outputted from a terminal T, determines the sort of a node to execute the processing of sequential data or address information and the processing content in each node and controls control information in the order of node transition. After completing the processing based upon the control information in the self-node, each node determines the sort of the node to be transferred to the next node or address information in accordance with the node transition order in the control information, transfers the control information to the next node together with data and executes the processing while using the function of each node in a dispersion processing system for executing dispersion processing. Since the control of processing is dispersed to respective processing nodes, the number of times transferring control signals between respective nodes can be reduced, the signal sending in a coupling mechanism can be reduced and the holding time of a specific node up to the end of the processing can be shortened.
