    • PURPOSE:To attain effective use of a memory in a device at reception side by transferring information when it is information to be stored to a secondary storage device according to a predetermined protocol so as to allow the device at reception side to store it without assembling. CONSTITUTION:An information unit IU transferred from an input data line to a transmission buffer 8 is decomposed by a transport unit TU and transferred to a communication processing device 5. When the transmitted TU is processed after it is assembled into the IU at the device at reception side, an IU assembling display is set and then the TU is transferred to a TU transmission device 9. The TU transferred to the TU reception device 12 is discriminated for whether or not the IU assembling display is set by a display discrimination device 18 and when it is set, the TU is transferred to a reception buffer 14 and transferred to IU information processing device 15 after the TU is assembled into the IU. When the display is not set yet, the TU is transferred directly to the secondary device 16, where the TU is assembled into the IU and only the information required for information processing is transferred to the IU information processing device 15.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate the communication tariff of a relevant call by originating the call to a terminal while using lines equivalent to the number of processing classes at the terminal corresponding to a relevant processing request, reporting a relevant call origination ID to the terminal and stopping connection to the terminal later. SOLUTION: A line dealing part 13, where the relevant request is received, assembles a terminal call originating signal 301 based on that request while using the lines equivalent to the number of processing classes at the terminal and transmits the terminal call originating signal 301 to an exchange 31 with a call origination ID transfer function. Further, before setting a link with the exchange 31 with call origination ID transfer function, a disconnect signal 303 is transmitted to the exchange at fixed intervals. Then, the exchange 31 with call origination ID transfer function, where that signal is received, transmits a call origination ID report signal 302 to the instructed terminal. Further, after the disconnect signal 303 is received, a disconnect signal 304 is transmitted to the terminal and the connection to the terminal is stopped. Thus, information processing at the terminal can be controlled without requiring the communication tariff of the relevant call.
