摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire highly accurate chemical information in a clean state without being affected by the temperature fluctuation of external environment and especially obtain a light constant-temperature sensing device for sensing environment with a portable size by retaining a sampled atmospheric gas and a sensor cell at the same temperature. SOLUTION: A dry bath 2 such as aluminum is provided at the center of the surface of a constant-temperature device 1, and a heating-cooling combination panel 3 that is constituted by combining a Peltier element for cooling and a heater is applied to the bottom surface of the bus 2. In this case, when the volume of the bath 2 is large, the heatingcooling combination panel 3 is applied to both bottom and side surfaces. The heatingcooling combination panel 3 on the bottom and side surfaces is connected to a temperature control panel 4 to maintain the accuracy for controlling the temperature of the bath 2. A block heating bath 5 in the bath 2 is fitted to the bath 2 in a buried state so that the gap can be minimized, thus acquiring highly accurate chemical information without being affected by the temperature fluctuation of external environment and achieving a portable device suited for field work.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce contact resistance of a metal thin film contact by heating at a reaction temperature or less of a metal thin film and a peripheral substance, and applying heat treatment decreasing contact resistivity. SOLUTION: A whole relay unit or relay electric contact 3 is placed in an electric furnace 4, heat treatment is applied at a temperature without generating an alloy by a metal thin film 2 and a material of silicon base board 1. The metal thin film 2 is a metal thin film prepared by evaporation of vacuum evaporation forming technique on the silicon base board 1, the electric contact 3 is constituted by the silicon base board 1 and the metal thin film 2. A temperature of heat treating this electric contact 3 is 250 deg.C, the treating time is six hours.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable continuous and semipermanent maintenance-free supply of clean dry air by selectively discharging the steam included in the air flowing in hollow fibers consisting of a polysiloxane high-polymer material to the outer peripheries of the hollow fibers from this air by a vacuum pump and dehumidifying the air. SOLUTION: About 2,000 pieces of the tubular hollow fibers 2 made from dimethyl siloxane as stock are put into a dehumidification module 1 consisting of polyether ketone. These hollow fibers 2 are formed by collecting both end ports of the hollow fibers 2 into an air supply port 3 and air discharge part 4 disposed at both end faces of a container 1A and sealing and fixing these end ports by hermetic members 1B and 1C. The flank of a closed space formed by the container 1A and the hermetic members 1B and 1C is provided with a vacuum pump connection port 5, to which a vacuum pump 6 for dehumidification is connected. This vacuum pump 6 for dehumidification is driven the reduce the air pressure in the closed space, by which the steam is selectively discharged to the outer peripheries of the hollow fibers 2 from the air flowing in the hollow fibers 2. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a cutting tool having a small diameter and drill a hole of small diameter by vibrating the cutting tool at a boring process so as to give a circular motion within a plane vertical to the lengthwise direction of the tool. SOLUTION: At a machining process, a cutting tool 8 is vibrated so as to give a circular motion within a plane vertical to the lengthwise direction thereof. When the vibration direction of a vibrator 1 and a tool direction are not in complete agreement with each other, the tool 8 laterally resonates at a certain vibration frequency. At this cutting process, the application of a shock in a tool direction is not required. As a result, the use of hard but fragile material such as high-speed steel and cemented steel is not needed. Consequently, a spring material having higher toughness than the high-speed steel or cemented steel can be used as a tool material. Also, the use of the spring material allows the manufacture of a fine cutting tool 8 having a minimum diameter approximately equal to 0.05mm, and the available tool 8 has high resistance against a bending force and a breakage. Furthermore, a hole of diameter equal to or less than 0.02mm can be drilled by using the tool 8.
