摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce abrasion and a backlash caused by its abrasion, and cope with high speed rotation by arranging roller pins, which are formed by laying pins and rollers so as to be loosely freely movable, in an annular shape in a constant angle position between two wheel members integrally fixed to a central shaft. SOLUTION: A roller rotary body 10 used for a rotation transmitting mechanism in a bottle manufacturing machine or the like, has two wheel members 15 and 15 joined at intervals to a central shaft 11 driven in rotation. Plural roller pins 21 are arranged in an annular shape in a constant angle position with the central shaft 11 as the center between the two wheel members 15 and 15. The respective roller pins 21 play a role of a tooth part of a sprocket, and are composed of pins 22 fixed to the two wheel members 15 and 15 and rollers 23 laid on its pins 22 so as to be loosely freely movable. According to such a roller rotary body, friction at engaging time of the roller pins 21 and the sprocket can be reduced by a loose movement of the rollers 23, and abrasion of an engaging part can be reduced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable the analysis and checking of an object of inspection on the basis of image information in a window set in a visual field, by making the window track the object of inspection while the object of inspection moves in a prescribed range of distance. CONSTITUTION:A glass bottle B conveyed by a conveyor 11 is brought into slidable contact with a rotary plate member 17 and moves while rotating in the direction beta. The visual field of a camera 12 covers the range of a distance which the bottle B moves while it rotates at an angle of 360 deg.. On the other side, a control device 13 sets a prescribed window in a position corresponding to a part of inspection within the visual field of the camera 12 by means of a microcomputer, and analyzes the brightness of an image element in the window while making the window move horizontally for tracking in accordance with the speed of movement of the bottle B. If there is any flaw in the bottle B, the brightness changes while the bottle B rotates at 360 deg.. Therefore the device 13 delivers a discharge signal and a discharge solenoid 18 projects a plunger to discharge the bottle B having the flaw. According to this constitution, the bottle B is inspected while it is conveyed by the conveyor 11, and thus an inspecting apparatus is simplified.

摘要： PURPOSE:To transfer bottle bodies without the fear of deformation and to easily adjust the transfer position by providing an engaging member to a revolving shaft part of arm main body provided with a bottle body holding mechanism part and controlling the rotation of cylindrical cam. CONSTITUTION:The revolving shaft part is provided to the one end of the arm 20 provided with the bottle body holding mechanism part 70, and is rotatably held with a rotatable holding part 11 of main body part. The engaging member, such as an engaging part 30 having plural rollers 31 mounted at equal distances, is provided to the revolving shaft part 21. On the other hand, the cylindrical cam 40 provided with a spiral projecting part 41 meshing with the roller 31 is provided on a main body part 10. When the cylindrical cam 40 is revolved by a servomotor 49, the roller 31 meshed with the projecting part 41 is smoothly moved rolling along on the side wall of projecting part, and the arm 20 is rotated. Consequently, the adjustment of rotating position of the arm 20 is easily and correctly carried out by the rotation control of the servomotor 49.

CONSTITUTION:The inverting device is composed of a mouth-forming mold arm 12 having a mouth-holding part formed at the tip end, a shaft 13 for rotating the arm, an engaging part 20 attached to the shaft 13, a cylindrical cam 30 engaging with the engaging part 20 and a servo motor 35 rotating the cylindrical cam 30. The engaging part 20 is provided with a plurality of engaging pieces 21 arranged at equal intervals and the engaging piece 21 is engaged with a spiral protrusion 31 of the cylindrical cam 30. The shaft of the cylindrical cam 30 is connected with the output shaft of the servo motor 35 at the lower end. Accordingly, the arm 12 can be arbitrarily and flexibly rotated by the control with the motor 35. It is not necessary to use many valve mechanisms for e.g., speed regulation or cushioning of the shock caused by positioning or stopping action or many mechanisms of hydraulic machines, etc.
