摘要： PURPOSE:To produce a metallic sheet capable of easily obtaining various appearances excellent in brightness by furthermore dyeing a synthetic resin layer which has been formed on the surface and is dyeable and has been already colored. CONSTITUTION:When dyeing with dye is excellent in brightness and the monomolecular layer of dye is formed on the surface of a base material, furthermore the appearance is made excellent. As dyeable synthetic resin, e.g., the respective resins such as thermosetting or thermoplastic polyester, polyurethane and polyolefine and the mixture thereof or the copolymers thereof are shown. These resins are selected according to the performance required for a product and necessary dyeing property. Polyisocyanate resin, melamine resin and phenolic resin, etc., can be utilized as a cross-linking agent. When the dyeable synthetic resin is applied with the thermosetting coating and baked, it is baked in the condition milder than the condition wherein coating is completely cured. When it is held in a semi-cured state, dyeing is made good at many times. The synthetic resin layer is semi-cured and immersed in dyeing liquid. In the ensuing heating stage, both fixing of dye and curing of the synthetic resin layer are simultaneously performed.

EFFECT:Heat-sealing properties and moisture resistance are improved. USE:An adhesive for giving heat-sealing properties to biaxially stretched polypropylene films, paper and so on.

Then, precision working components are dipped in the detergent to wash and remove pollutants adherent to the components.
