摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a flat formed member without generation of pocket waves by previously imparting the partial elongation meeting the material of a titanium plate to the plate ends parallel with the forming direction of the plate. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce wavy shape defects generated at the time of roll forming of grooving in addition to bending by regulating the proof stress in the direction perpendicular to the rolling direction of a pure titanium thin sheet after cold rolling to a specified range and furthermore forming ear waves on rolling both edge parts. SOLUTION: The 0.2% proof stress in a direction perpendicular to the rolling direction of a pure titanium thin sheet after cold rolling is regulated to 130 to 180MPa, and both edge parts are imparted with ear waves. Furthermore, the ear wave sharpening degree imparted by using a leveller is regulated to 1.2 to 3.5%, preferably to about 1.5 to 2.5%. At this time, the ear wave sharpening degree in the bent position (50 to 70mm) farthest from the sheet edge part is regulated to 0.1 to 0.5%. Thus, the (r) value in the rolling perpendicular direction of the titanium thin sheet is lowered to about 1, its shrinkage in the longitudinal direction at the time of roll working is reduced, and furthermore, its shrinkage is absorbed by the ear waves in both edge parts to reduce the generation of pocket waves.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce a pure Ti sheet for industry having beautiful surface and excellent press-formability by applying a heat treatment, hot-rolled plate annealing treatment and shot-blast treatment in the specific conditions to a Ti base stock in order and executing a cold-rolling and annealing. CONSTITUTION:In an electric heating furnace adjusted in the range of an oxygen concn. (y) in the atmosphere satisfying the inequality I by replacing the atmosphere in a furnace with inert gas of gaseous nitrogen or gaseous argon as the main component, the Ti base stock for hot-rolling is heated at 700-900 deg.C. Successively, the base stock is hot-rolled and the hot-rolled sheet is annealed at 450-650 deg.C and the shot blast treatment is executed so that the shot blast factor S shown in the equation III [wherein, rhois injection density (kg/m ), and (v) is injection velocity (m/min)] becomes 500-1200. After pickling so that the polishing quantity in the one side surface becomes 20mum, the cold-rolling and the annealing are applied.
