摘要： PURPOSE:To widen the adaptation field as a beam to which large load is applied by manually laying up a prepreg on a multistage square metal mandrel for molding a middle rib for an intermediate reinforcing material to constitute a middle rib and treating a carbon fiber impregnated with a resin on the outer periphery of the laid-up preprdeg by an FW method. CONSTITUTION:By selecting the number of intermediate square mandrels and the shape thereof in matching relation to the shape of a rib, a square cross section having each rib can be formed. For example, a prepreg is laminated to the surfaces in three directions of the mandrel 11A of two-stage mandrels having one rib at the central part thereof and assembled along with the prepreg laminated to a mandrel 11B in the same way. A resin impregnated carbon fiber is wound around this mandrel by an FW method and a release tape and a heat-shrinkable tape for flattening the surface of the prepreg layer are wound around the mandrel and the whole is wrapped in a bag and the internal pressure of the bag is reduced to 1-10Torr. This bag product is introduced into an autoclave and heated under pressure to be cured. Next, the mandrels 111A, 11B are removed.

CONSTITUTION:Two fiber reinforced resin pipes 11, 12 which are to be connected are mutually T-shaped. The fiber reinforced resin pipe 11 is connected to divided connection metal fittings 21-a, 21-b. Then, the pipe 12 is temporarily fixed to the connection metal fittings. Fiber reinforced resin members 31, 32 are wound around boundary ranges between the ends of the divided metal fittings and the fiber reinforced resin pipe 11, and the resin is hardened. Through holes are formed on specified positions of the fiber reinforced resin pipe temporarily fixed to the connection metal fittings and the connection fittings. The pipe is then detached from the connection fittings, and a member on which a female screw is threaded is fixed to the portion having the hole, from inside of the pipe. After hardening the adhesive, the pipe is inserted into the connection metal fittings again. The pipe and the connection metal fittings are fastened by means of a bolt 41 through a washer 42.

摘要： PURPOSE:To cross-junction a tubular object of fiber-reinforced resin under various kinds of stress by adjusting a clearance between the outer surface of the tubular object and the inner surface of a junction metal, applying an adhesive to cure it under pressure and curing the boundary between the end of the junction metal and the tubular object by reinforcement. CONSTITUTION:The curvature of the outer surface of fiber-reinforced resin tubular objects 11, 12 and the inner surface of junction metals 21-a, 21-b as an adhesion surface is adjusted so that the clearance between these surfaces is 1mm max. Next, an adhesive is applied to an area between the tubular objects 11, 12 as objects to be junctioned and the junction metals 21-a, 21-b which are splittable as a junction part. Further, the adhesive is allowed to cure with a concurrent action to press the adhesion surface to make both object to be junctioned and the junction metal one piece. After that, the boundary between the end of the junction metal and the tubular object is cured by reinforcement using fiber-reinforced resin materials 33, 34, 35. Consequently, it is possible to reduce a stress level generated in the adhesion layer.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform a technique with no decrease in strength wherein in a continuous bundle of fiber strands, the center is a cured substance of a fiber-reinforced composite material and both ends thereof are fibers being unimpregnated with the resin in advance and when reinforcement of fiber sheets through a wall is processed, fiber parts unimpregnated with the resin of both ends are simultaneously processed. SOLUTION: In this method for preparation, only the center in the fiber direction of a sheet wherein continuous fiber strands are arranged in one direction is impregnated with a matrix resin material and the sheet is wound to a necessary thickness. In this case, a fastening member is a bundle of the fiber strands wherein the center is a cured substance of a fiber-reinforced composite material and both ends thereof are fibers being unimpregnated with the resin. It is possible thereby to perform a technique wherein a small hole is made in a wall and the tie member is passed through the hole and the end parts of the above described fastening member are stuck on reinforcing sheets.

It is possible to provide a structural wire, etc., excellent in environmental resistance and long term durability in a practical use state by using the wires made from the fiber-reinforced plastic.
