摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve traveling ability, storability and durability of bellows whose relative speed of both ends and weight are at a specific value or higher by fixing a tape for limiting an extension length on intermediate plates for supporting the bellows and further including a stopper for holding the minimum distance of the intermediate plates. SOLUTION: In bellows which operate with high relative speed at both ends of 60mpm or higher and have a total self weight of 100kgf or more, intermediate plates 2 are inserted into a bellows body 1 at an appropriate distance, and a limiting tape 3 for regulating an extension length of the bellows is fixed between the intermediate plates 2. Further the intermediate plates 2 have a stopper 9 made of rubber or the like for holding the minimum distance between the intermediate plates 2, and both ends of the bellows body 1 include cushioning devices comprising a spring 8 and a damper 7 in order to protect the high-speed heavy-weighted bellows body 1. In addition, in order to prevent the intermediate plates 2 from being slant at the time of start of operation, running parts 6 where the intermediate plates 2 are in contact with a fixed rail 5 are placed in a plurality of lines and in a zigzag.

摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently avoid wasteful consumption of cooling water by providing a control valve for controlling the cooling water flow rate in response to the water level of a storage water filling tank from a water stoage tank. CONSTITUTION:Water levelmeters 18, 19 are respectively provided in both a water storage tank 10 receiving feed water from a pump 9 and a storage warer filling tank 11 provided with a slit nozzle 14 mounted with a water stopping valve 15 on the bottom, and a control valve 13 is provided in a feed water tube 12 for communicating between the tanks 10 and 11. A computer is inputted measured values from the levelmeters 18, 19 in a controller 20, which produces an operation comm and to the pump 9 and the control valve 13 to allow the feeding of water in the amount necessary to one time cooling to the tank 10 in the total time of the preivous water filling and noncooling and the feeding of water so that the water level in the tank 11 becomes a predetermined level. The controller 20 also produces a selective opening or closing command to the valves 15 provided at the slit nozzles 14, thereby preventing wasteful water discharge.
