摘要： PURPOSE:To safely disassemble and to remove checker bricks without allowing broken pieces and dust scatter to the outside by piercing an opening on the side opposite from the partition wall in the lower part of a hot stove, and exploding explosive compounds within the vent holes of the bricks. CONSTITUTION:An opening part 6 is pierced in a shell 4 on the side opposite from a partition wall 9 above the receiving plate 8 in the lower part of a hot stove 2. Thence, explosive compounds are loaded in the vent holes of lower checker bricks 12 and the vent holes of upper checker bricks 13, respectively. If the bricks 12, 13 are explosively broken by exploding said explosive compounds, the vent holes annihilate and cavities are formed. At the same time, the broken brick 12 parts are automatically discharged through the part 6 by explosive forces. Further, the bricks 13 fall into the cavity parts, and repeat collision with each other, by which they are segmented to small pieces and are automatically flowed away from the part 6. According to this method, the disassembling work is accomplished instantaneously without damaging the shell 4.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent dislodging of the tool of a core bit by the heat generated during cutting in the stage of punching an annular hole part into a hard material and drawing a core by leading the compressed air supplied into the core bit from the tip of the core bit to the outside thereof and leading out the air from the opening end of the annular hole part. CONSTITUTION:A core bit 10 is propelled while said bit is rotated in the direction of an arrow to punch an annular hole part 20 to a hardened material 8 such as cooled pig iron or the like, thereby drawing a circular columnar core 22. Compressed air is supplied through a boring rod 18 into the bit 10 so as to flow downward while the air is brought into contact with the inside circumferential surface 24 of the bit 10. The flowing down compressed air is led to the outside of the bit 10 from the space between the tool 14 at the tip of the bit 10 and the cut end 26 of the hole part 20. The compressed air led to the outside is resin while the air is brought into contact with the outside circumferential surface 28 of the bit 10 and is discharged from the opening end 30 of the part 20. As a result, the generation of an inconvenience such as damage of the inside wall of the blast furnace or deterioration in the property of the drawn core is prevented.
