    • PURPOSE:To properly perform air conditioning control by a method wherein a sensor part is allowed to fall to a room to be subjected to air conditioning from the ceiling thereof at a predetermined time to detect temp. and humidity and received in the ceiling after detection is completed. CONSTITUTION:In an air conditioning system wherein a blowoff duck 13 is connected to a package type air conditioner 12 and air is blown in a room 11 from the upper wall surface thereof, the attaching position of a temp. and humidity detecting sensor part S2 is set to the central part of the ceiling of the room 11. The detecting sensor part S2 is moved up and down in the direction vertical to the ceiling by a drive part. The detection time in this case is set at every certain definite time according to a timer. That is, the detecting sensor part S2 falls to the room 11 from the ceiling at every set time to detect an index value for controlling air conditioning. Since the environment of the proper place of the room 11 is controlled on the basis of the index value, the air conditioning system is properly operated. The index value is detected only when the control of air conditioning is required and the efficient control of air conditioning can be performed.

    • PURPOSE:To maintain comfortable indoor environment constantly by enabling blowoff from a ceiling and cold radiation cooling from a ceiling plane during cooling operation and blowoff from a double floor and hot radiation heating from a double bottom during heating operation and changing an air flow system and a radiation pane based on a switch over performance of cooling and heating. CONSTITUTION:During cooling operation, air conditioned air CA is blown off from a ceiling plane 1 while the air is sucked from a double floor plane 2 so that cooling may be performed in combination with cold radiation CR from the ceiling plane 1. During cooling operation, air conditioned HA is blown off from the double floor plane 2 while the air is sucked up from the ceiling plane 1 so that heating may be performed based on hot radiation from the double floor plane 2. The application of radiation heat in combination with air conditioned air, if the outlet temperature of air conditioned air approaches a target temperature for air conditioning, lowers the outlet air capacity, eliminates the feeling of draft, and maintains comfortable environment constantly. During cooling, air conditioned air current flows into a chamber 7 in the ceiling by the setting of a damper 10 and the air is discharged into an intended air conditioning area 9 after the ceiling plane 1 is cooled. During heating, the air conditioned air current is blown into a chamber 8 in the double floor by switching over the damper 10 and the air is discharged into the intended air conditioning area 9 after the double plane 2 is heated.

    • PURPOSE:To permit efficient operation by a method wherein the load of atmosphere is reduced upon the cooling or heating operation of an office or the like, which necessitate the intake of the atmosphere, while the load of an air- conditioning machine is reduced when cooling by atmosphere is permitted. CONSTITUTION:An indoor air discharging duct 25 from an air-conditioning room 6 is connected to an atmosphere intake duct 24 having an atmosphere amount regulating damper 11 at the front or rear side of an air-conditioning coil 1 in the duct 24 and the front or rear side of a total heat exchanger 2 in the duct 25 so as to be capable of adjusting the flow amount of air through dampers 9, 13 while the duct is guided to the air-conditioning room 6 through a blow-out duct having a humidifier 3. The regulation of the flow amount of air, effected by the coil 1 of an air-conditioning machine, the total heat exchanger 2, the operation/stopping of the humidifier and the dampers 9, 11, 13, is controlled by an operating unit 21 in accordance with the conditions of atmosphere and an air-conditioning room 6 based on the measurement of temperature and humidity detecting means 19, 20.
