摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve strength and workability by fitting the upper edge of a bag sheet to a hull in the state of the curved bag sheet being independent from a finger seal. SOLUTION: A large number of finger seals 2 are lined up at the lower part of a hull 1 of an air cushion ship, and bag sheets 3 forming air bag chambers 4 are arranged at the internal upper parts of the finger seals 2. The bag sheet 3 is placed independently from each finger seal 2, and the respective upper edges of the bag sheet 3 and finger seal 2 are separately fitted to a frame 5 with the hull by keep frames 6, 7 and bolts 8. Damage caused by rupture can thereby be prevented without causing stress concentration due to mutual interference between each finger seal 2 and each bag sheet 3 so as to improve sufficient fitting strength and workability.

Inner ropes 4, 5 to restrict the deformation when the air bags 01-03 are developed are connected. A starting end part of the rope 4 is attached to an overlapped part of the rear edge parts 1, 2, and repeatedly passed through a ring on the bow side a ring of a rear edge overlapped part a ring adjacent to the first ring on the bow side the first ring on the stern side in this order, and stretched in a zigzag manner as a whole. The rope 5 is similarly stretched between the overlapped part of the rear edge parts 2, 3 and the mounting part on the bow side.
