摘要： PURPOSE:To lubricate wearing surface of ceramic in a side weir together with sliding surface by pushing solid lubricator formed to bar-state to the sliding surface in a cooling drum with a pushing device arranged at back face of the side weir. CONSTITUTION:Outside of the side weir 2a is covered with a side weir case 7 and surface contacting with end face 18 of the cooling drum 1b is constituted with heat insulating material 8, base member 9 and the ceramic 10 planted on the base member. The ceramic 10 is arranged along the surface, which the sliding surface 19 at end face of the cooling drum slides, i.e., the wearing surface 20, and lubricator supplying holes are opened in four places at upper part 11a, 12a and center part 11b, 12b. In this supplying hole, a guide pipe 15 penetrated in the side weir and the lubricator 14 in this as shiftable are inserted. In the lubricator pushing device, the lubricator is held with a lubricator holding part 17 arranged at tip part of a rod in a cylinder 16 and pushed to the sliding surface 19 at the end face of cooling drum with the prescribed surface pressure.

CONSTITUTION:In the case of integrating by forming the outer nozzle body 1 with the upper body 2 and the lower body 3 and using the reinforced pins 7 composed of the ceramic material together with the adhesive, the reinforced pins 7 whose outer diameter is in the range of 10-25mm, are inserted and arranged so that the reinforced strength distribution in the horizontal direction by the reinforced pins 7 becomes the ratio of the both end parts of 1 to the center part of 2-3 according to the stress distribution generated in the outer nozzle.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a stable reduced color of a calcined article by disposing a reducing band where a reducing flame from a burner is prevented from passing through gaps among rollers by a shielding plate located in close vicinity to the rollers opposing to a burner. CONSTITUTION:In a continuous calcination furnace 10, an article 14 to be calcined is calcined upon passing through a calcination band whilst it is carried by a roller 12 from an inlet of a furnace to an outlet of the same, and the article 14 is reduced by a burner 16 in a reducing band located therebehind, and thereafter the article 14 is carried after passing through a heat holding band 21 and cooled into a product. In the reading band, a refractory material- made shielding member 18 is formed over a predetermined range just under and the reducing burner 16 so as to bury a space below the roller 12. Hereby, a reducing flame from the burner 16 is prevented from passing downwardly through spaces among the rollers 12. Accordingly, the flame is prevented from being distributed and a flame state prevented from being disturbed and a flame state prevented from being changed each time the article 14 passes through just under the burner 16. Thus, reducing conditions are kept uniform and stable reduced color is yielded.
