摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dry the inside of a cable at all times by installing air supply sections and exhaust sections conducted with the inside of a coating at proper intervals in the longitudinal direction of the cable for suspension structure, stationarily forwarding a dry gas into the cable and discharging the gas containing moisture. SOLUTION: Air supply sections 15 and exhaust sections 16 conducted with the inside of a cable coating layer are mounted alternately at proper intervals in the longitudinal direction of the cable 13 for the suspension structure. The air supply section 15 and the exhaust section 16 are formed of a air supply cover and an exhaust cover cylindrically constituted by joining both ends of the half member of a cylindrical body. A supplied-air drier 23 is installed to the tower top 20 of a suspension bridge 19, and a dry gas is flowed into the coating layer of the cable 13 from the air-supply covers. The dry air flowed into the cable 13 is flowed into the clearances of metal wires, and discharged from the exhaust ports of the exhaust covers. Accordingly, the dry gas flowed into the cable is flowed smoothly, and moist environment in the cable for the structure can be improved into dry environment difficult to rust.

摘要： PURPOSE: To extend wires at a long distance by winding a pilot rope on a drum for a wire extender with a constant-tension setting mechanism, installing the wire extender to a helicopter and adjusting the tension of the pilot rope at a plurality of times by the constant-tension setting mechanism in response to the wire extending distance of the pilot rope. CONSTITUTION: A wire extender 3 capable of controlling the tension of a rope is hung down from a helicopter 1, and a pilot rope 2 stringed to the wire extender 3 is mounted. A sandbag 4 tightly binding the start tip of the pilot rope 2 is dropped and fixed onto a scaffold 6A for a starting point side tower top 5A while making the helicopter 1 hover. The helicopter 1 is flown horizontally after fixing while the tension of the rope is adjusted several times in response to wire extending distances as operating the wire extender 3 in the airframe of the helicopter 1, and aerial wire extension is conducted towards an end-point side tower top 5B. The helicopter 1 reaches the end-point side tower top 5B, and the pilot rope 2 is taken onto a scaffold 6B for the end-point side tower top 5B, and fixed onto the scaffold 6B.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to start work for temporary pulling on a transfer line by laterally transferring main cable's strand, drawn out on a draw-out line after completion of the drawing out, to transfer rollers provided on a transfer line that is placed on the top of a tower in parallel with the draw-out line. CONSTITUTION:After drawing out a strand 1 along each of draw-out rollers 10 of a draw-out line 11, slack of the drawn-out strand 1 is pulled in. then a supporting frame 21 is lifted up by operation of a lift cylinder 23 and through rise of a jack rod 24, and the drawn-out strand 1 is made afloat over the rollers 10 under free-hanging condition along the whole span of its extension. The drawn-out strand is then transferred horizontally to the side of a transfer line 20 by operation of a travelling cylinder 25. After rollers 11 and 19 are placed levelling each other, the supporting frame 21 is lowered and the strand 1, stretching over each of the draw-out rollers 10, is transferred to ride on each of the transfer rollers 19 of the transfer line 20. Therefore, it becomes possible to start, on the transfer line 20, works for temporary pulling that follow fitting of the temporary pulling clamps.
