    • PURPOSE:To automatically control the charging of a deoxidizer by obtaining the charging amount and charging timing of the deoxidizer for the next mold from the actual charing record of the deoxidizer for the previous mold. CONSTITUTION:When injection is started, an injection rate sampling device 18 monitors the rate of injection. On the other hand, when a rotary valve operates, a charging timing memory device 16 stores the rate of injection from an injection rate detector 19 and a charging sampling device 15. On completion of the entire injection, the total injection rate is obtained by an injection rate determining device 20. Next, when the intended injection rate to the next mold is set by an injection rate setter 22, an injection rate determining device 21 obtains a total intended injection rate Ns, and transmits the same to a sectional injection rate determining device 13. The device 13 obtains charging rates alpha', beta', gamma', and further obtains sectional charging times. A charging timing determining device 12 determines timings in such a manner as to charge the deoxidizer at uniform intervals. Next, on starting of the injecting of the next mold, a comparator 11 monitors charging timings with 19 and 17, and transmits the same to a rotary valve driving device 10, thereby performing the charging of the deoxidizer.

    • PURPOSE:To perform measurement of the desired temperature in more precise order at the method of sampling temperature data and determine the determined temperature by mean value, by selecting the data necessary for obtaining mean value only on those whose deviations are exclusively below the preset value, and the operation to follow is made using only those selected data. CONSTITUTION:Temperature data are inputted at the computer, where selection is performed for adoption or rejection. Criterion for adoption or rejection is whether each datum is adequate as temperature input or not, and normally, it is judged by the upper and the lower limits of temperature of the article to be measured. The adopted datum, including the inputted datum, is judged by whether it satisfies the formula (2), and the qualified ones are calculated to obtain mean value, and the final decision is made in accordance with the specific characteristic of the article being measured by comparing the obtained mean value with the value of the previous measurement. This constitution enables covering the measurement of intrusion speed, etc., of the article being measured and the unstableness of the function of the device, and the precise measurement of the desired temperature can be performed.

    • PURPOSE:To perform measurement of the desired temperature in more precise order at high temperature measurement by sampling obtained temperature data, and selecting the data necessary for obtaining mean value whose deviations are exclusively below the preset value and the operation to follow is made using only those selected data. CONSTITUTION:Temperatures are collected and sampled from the initiation of measurement, and when the number of sampling values, whose sampling value deviations become less than th prescribed figure, exceed the prescribed value, this value is defined as the stable area. In the continuous sampling values of M number which satisfy the formula (2) wherein T0 denotes temperature at the initiation of temperature measurement, and the formula (1) represents the temperatures which follow, mean value Ta is obtained by the formula (3), and determination of the next stable area is started using TM+1 as the next T0 to be employed. In case when temperature values which do not satisfy the formula (2) fail to attain M number in continuity, a point where the formula (2) is not satisfied is determined as the next T0, and the operation to obtain the next stable area is started using this newly determined T0 as the initiation temperature.

    • PURPOSE:To realize the same effect electrically and at a high speed instead of a prover rotating system by applying a three-phase alternating current of a low frequency to which a flow detecting frequency has been superposed, to an exciting coil, and rotating a magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:Plural detecting coils 7 are placed in the peripheral direction of a material to be inspected 1, and also an exciting coil 6 is placed in its outside. A three-phase alternating current of sources of Hz generated by a three-phase AC power source 9, and a high frequency from a high frequency power source 10 for generating a high frequency of scores of kHz becomes a flaw detecting frequency are synthesized by a waveform synthesizer 11, and when the synthesized three-phase alternating current is made to flow to the exciting coil 6, a magnetic field rotates in the peripheral direction of a section of the material to be inspected 1 at a speed which is determined by the number of poles of the exciting coil 6 and the frequency of the three-phase alternating current. The detecting coil 7 detects an eddy current signal induced on the surface of the material to be inspected 1, and whether a flow exists on the surface or not is detected by a detector 12, and recorded in a recorder 13.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to control the position of the leading end of a wire relative to the bottom plate of a wind-up machine by compensating the rotating angle of the wind up machine at the initiating point of wind up having been previously set, in accordance with the amount of slippage of the leading end of the wire on one side surface of the wind-up machine. CONSTITUTION:A computing and processing machine 19 delivers a compensating signal to a motor control device 17 so that the rotating angle of a wind up machine 12 at the time when a wire 1 makes contact with the outer wall 8 of the wind-up machine 2, is equal to a previously set rotating angle. Further, the rotating angle of the wind-up machine 12 at the time when the leading end of the wire makes contact with the outer wall 8 of the wind-up machine is controlled. The above-mentioned control steps are repeated during such a period that the leading end of the wire reaches the wind-up machine 2 after it passes over a detector 142. Thus, the rotating angle of the wind-up machine 12 is more precisely set to the set value when the leading end of the wire makes contact with the outer wall 8 of the wind-up machine. Accordingly, it is possible to control the position of the leading end of the wire relative to the bottom plate 4 of the wind-up machine.
