摘要： PURPOSE:To improve a repair effect by placing concentrically a refractory sleeve on an immersion pipe then inserting the sleeve into a reflux pipe and packing castable refractory material between the work part of the reflux pipe and the sleeve. CONSTITUTION:A preliminarily molded refractory sleeve 2b is placed via a projection 8 on an immersion pipe C. The position of the sleeve 2b is made concentrical with respect to the pipe C. The thickness of the sleeve 2b is made about 10-50mm. and the size and height thereof are matched with the size of a reflux pipe B. The material is made of refractories over the entire part and the inside periphery is reinforced with a thin steel sheet. The pipe C is then attached via a flange 7 to the sleeve and the sleeve 2b is inserted into the reflux pipe. Castable refractory material 5 are packed via the force feeding pipe 4 of the sleeve 2b, by which the damaged part is repaired. The sleeve 2b consists of a dense structure to improve considerably the effect of repair.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detecting method and monitoring device of foreign matter adhesion which detect a foreign matter adhered to a shearing tool not by visual observation by a person or a normal image analysis of visible light optical images when shearing rod shaped metal using the shearing tool.SOLUTION: The shearing tool 2 has a recess 10 on which the rod shaped metal abuts and a portion of the tip end of the shearing tool which does not include the recess 10 serves as a bottom section 12. An arbitrary area of the surface of the shearing tool which includes at least a portion of the bottom section 12 and does not include a peak 11 of the recess is set as a standard area 13 and an arbitrary area which includes at least the peak 11 of the recess is set as an inspection area 14. After the rod shaped metal is sheared, temperatures of the surface of the shearing tool which includes the standard area and the inspection area are measured. The highest temperature within the standard area 13 is set as a standard temperature and the highest temperature within the inspection area 14 is set as an inspection temperature. It is determined as there is a foreign matter adhered when the inspection temperature becomes higher than a temperature derived by adding a certain prescribed temperature to the standard temperature.
