摘要： PURPOSE:To form a paint film of superior corrosion resistance by painting a steel plate having a zinc-contg. alloy plating film as cathode with electrodeposition paint contg. an urethane resin having hydroxyl groups, tertiary amino groups and isocyanate groups. CONSTITUTION:An alloy plating film contg. zinc consists basically of Zn-Fe or Zn-Ni, and if necessary, other components can be added. An urethane resin is obtained by causing a polyisocyanate compound, a polyhydroxy compound, a hydroxy compound having tertiary amino groups, and if necessary a hydroxy compound having quaternary amino groups and a blocking agent to react. This urethane resin is of 300-100,000mol.wts., 0.01-10milli. equiv./g basic nitrogen atomic weight in the resin, 0.005-50milli. equiv./g hydroxyl groups, and 1/5-4 times equiv. blocked isocyanate groups based on the hydroxyl groups.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a urethane prepolymer which is blended with a polyol to give a composition suitable as a coating compound, by reacting an erythritol with an alkylene oxide or lactone in a specific ratio and then with a diisocyanate in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:1mol erythritol (preferably mesoerythritol shown by the formula) is reacted with 2-8mols alkylene oxide (preferably ethylene oxide) or a lactone compound (preferably epsilon-caprolactone) to give a tetrahydric polyol, which is reacted with a diisocyanate compound (e.g. 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate) in a ratio of isocyanate group/hydroxyl group=3-20 to give an isocyanate group-containing urethane prepolymer. The urethane prepolymer is mixed with a polyol in a ratio of isocyanate group/hydroxyl group=0.5-2.0 to give a urethane composition having high curing rate and providing excellent cured materials.
