摘要： PURPOSE:To form a corrosion-preventive layer on a limited internal surface inexpensively and effectively by heating an uncoated part with a heater from the outside, then setting a powder and fine particle coating device on the inner side, supplying a powder and fine particle resin and melt-sticking the same. CONSTITUTION:A heater 17 consisting of, for example, an induction heater or the like is set to an uncoated internal surface part 1 from its outside and said part 1 is heated to above the melting temp. of the resin to be coated on a joint part or a limited internal surface. Thence, a powder and fine particle resin coating device 3 is set on the inner side of the end part of the part 1 or factory coated layer 14, in such a manner that a space to be filled or sprayed is formed. Thence, a powder and fine particle resin is supplied into the space between the device 3 and the uncoated part through a pressure-feed hose 13 from a powder and fine particle resin supplying and recovering device installed on the outside of the pipe, whereby said resin is melt-stuck. Thence, the excess resin is recovered through a recovery port 10 according to need, after which the coating device 3 is removed to the outside of the pipe.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify equipment and promote efficiency in lining operation, by sprinkling lining material on the outer and/or inner surfaces of a pipe etc., while the pipe etc. being placed almost horizontally and revolved on its longitudinal axis. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 1 to which the lining operation is carried out is heated by high frequency inductor etc. and at the same time the vessels of raw material 3, 8 are filled up with resin powder and each of rollers 2a, 2a supported on the supporting bed 2 is rotated in clockwise direction, so that the pipe 1 is revolved counterclockwise. Then, the vessel of raw material 3, starts moving horizontally above the heated portion of the pipe along its longitudinal direction as well as pouring down the lining material in the vessel 3 through an opening port 4 onto the surface of the heated portion, so that the lining material is fused and adhered spirally around the surface of the pipe and forms a layer of lining A. Secondarily, the vessel of raw material 8 starts moving forward as well as pouring down the lining material on the layer of lining A as being in a molten state, so that the lining material is fused by the heat transmitted through the layer A and forms a layer of lining B around the surface of the Layer A.
