CONSTITUTION:In a roll compactor 1 comprising a hopper 4 for supplying a dried fine powder raw material S, two forming rolls 2a and 2b whose outer peripheral faces are arranged in close vicinity to the bottom of the hopper 4, a screw feeder 3 for pushing the dried fine powder raw material S in the hopper 4 to between the rolls, plural degassing paths 4c which are passed through a wall at the lower part of the hopper 4 and have a height position at the top of an opening inside the hopper 4 equal to or lower than that at the bottom of an opening outside the hopper 4, a suction box 5 covering the lower outside opening of each degassing path 4c is set at the lower outside of the hopper 4 and the suction box 5 is communicated with a dust collector 7 to degas without clogging and to produce bulky coal stably for a long period of time.

    • PURPOSE:To control the subject coal supply so that formed coal for production of uniform coke may be obtained by classifying crushed and dried coal, weighing the classified coal, determining the deviation between the mixture weight ratio calculated therefrom and the target value and controlling the classification point based on the resultant value. CONSTITUTION:Coal (C) piled up in the yard (Y) is stored in a mixing tank 1, crushed by a crusher 2 and then classified into fine particle coal and coarse particle coal using a drying and classifying machine 4. Formed coal is produced from the above- mentioned fine particle coal using a pressure forming machine 10 and the resultant formed coal is blended with the coarse particle coal in a prescribed ratio. The blended coal is charged into a coke oven and production of coke is carried out. In the above- mentioned processes, the coal supply to the pressure forming machine 10 is controlled by measuring the respective weights of the fine and coarse particle coals classified by the classifying machine 4 using a gravimeter 16, comparing the measured mixture weight ratio calculated from the above measured values with the target weight ratio value, determining the deviation between both the values and controlling the classification point of the classifying machine 4 based on the resultant deviation value.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a method for releasing gas for preventing bridging in a powder housing device by positioning a screw lever over the inside and outside of the housing and moving the powder out of the powder housing by rotation of the screw lever. CONSTITUTION:A rotating shaft 6 is provided from upward toward a discharge port 4 inside a hopper 1, a screw 7 for pushing material slack coal A in the hopper 1 is provided at a side between the center and the tip of the shaft 6, and a rotating device 8 such as a motor is attached to a base of the pushing shaft 6 via a reducer or the like. A degasing tube 9 for releasing air in the hopper is provided in an upper part of the hopper 1, and also a pip of an overflow tube 10 is extended for collecting overflowed material slack coal A while the other end of the overflow tube 10 extends out of the hopper 1. A degasing part 11 is provided on a side wall in the vicinity of the discharge port 4 of the hopper 1, so that air is drained from the slack coal A which have flown down to the vicinity of the discharge port 4, thereby making the discharged slack coal A uniform.
