    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 6000 series aluminum alloy for forming having excellent paint bake hardenability, and to provide a production method therefor having excellent productivity.SOLUTION: In the 6000 series aluminum alloy containing, by mass, 0.2 to 1.0% Mg and 0.5 to 1.5% Si, the density of β'' phase deposits observed after the application of heat treatment to a product at 180°C for 9 hr is 3,000 to 7,000 pieces/μm, and proof stress after the restoration of solute atom clusters present in the product is 90 to 140 MPa. In the production method therefor, a prescribed aluminum sheet is subjected to solution quenching treatment so as to be held at 480 to 580°C for ≤5 min and thereafter to be cooled at a cooling rate of ≥5°C/s, and is next subjected to high temperature previous aging treatment in the temperature range of 150 to 250°C for 30 s to 10 min. Further, by performing a low temperature previous aging treatment in warm water of pH 4 to 7, excellent adhesive properties can further be imparted thereto.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart excellent lubricity and degreasing properties to a steel sheet and to prevent the generation of defects in molding at the time of molding by pressing or the like and cracking by forming a chromate treated layer contg. colloidal silica particles on the surface of a steel sheet. SOLUTION: The surface of a galvannealed steel sheet is coated with a chromate treating soln. contg. colloidal silica particles having >=20nm primary particle size by a roll coater system, a wringer roll system after spraying or immersion, an air knife system or an atomizing system, and drying is executed to form a chromate layer. The coating weight of colloidal silica at this time is regulated to 0.05 to 1.0g/m by dry weight. Furthermore, the coating weight of the chromate layer is not particularly regulated, but, it is preferably regulated to the range of 5 to 40mg/m . The colloidal silica particles roll into the space between the steel sheet and the surface of a die, by which a coagulating phenomenon caused by the metal-metal contact between the surface of the die and the surface of the galvannealed steel sheet is suppressed to improve its lubricity.

    • PURPOSE: To provide superior resistance to condensation and improve heat insulation and moisture conditioning functions by forming a foaming resin layer having the specified value of the content of a polymer of water absorptive properties to foaming resin. CONSTITUTION: Chromate coating 2 is formed on the surface of a metal sheet 1, over which a foaming resin layer 3 having the content of polymer of water absorption properties of 5wt.% to foaming resin is formed. The polymer of water absorption properties is not dissolved in water and provided with the function of absorbing tens to hundres of times as much as its self-weight and retaining the same. Condensed water is prevented from dropping by providing water absorption properties by the polymer of water absorption properties, and condensed water is retained temporarily under the environment generating condensation such as rain or night time and evaporated in fine weather or at night. Also for the purpose of improving the heat insulation properties and water absorption properties of a material, foaming resin is used to wrap in air and demonstrate the high heat insulation effect and also to provide the retaining effect in the improvement of resistance to condensation.

CONSTITUTION: Chromate coating 2 is formed on the surface of a metal sheet 1, over which a resin sheet 3 having the content of a polymer of water absorption properties of 5wt.% or more is laminated. The polymer of water absorption properties is not dissolved in water, and provided with the capability of absorbing water tens to hundreds of times as much as its self-weight, and retaining the same. When the content of the polymer of water absorption properties is less than 5wt.% to resin, the saturated water absorption rate of a resin sheet cannot be retained by 1.5 times or over. Condensed water is prevented from dropping by providing water absorption properties by the polymer of water absorption properties, and condensed water is retained temporarily under the environment generating condensation such as rain or nigh time and evaporated in fine weather or at night.

    • PURPOSE: To produce a galvannealed steel sheet using a Ti-Nb-added dead soft steel as a base steel sheet and excellent in workability and to provide a method for producing the same. CONSTITUTION: This steel sheet is the one in which the base steel sheet is constituted of a Ti-Nb-added dead soft steel, the primary layer on the surface of the steel sheet is constituted of a pure iron layer obtd. by subjecting the surface of the steel sheet to oxidation and reduction in an annealing stage and the secondary layer is constituted of a galvannealed layer having components contg., by weight, 8 to 13% Fe and 0.35 to 0.6% Al and whose coating weight is regulated to 20 to 90g/m . In the cross sectional structure of the plating layer, alloy phases having >=0.5% Al concn. are locally allowed to exist in the range of 2μm with the boundary of the plating layer-base steel sheet as the center, and the existing frequency thereof is equalized to the size of the grain boundary of the base steel sheet. As for the method for producing the same, after the pure iron layer is formed on the surface of the steel sheet by the oxidation and reduction in the annealing stage, the plating is executed in such a manner that the effective Al concn. in a plating bath is regulated to the range of 0.12 to 0.0%. Γ phases causing deterioration in the workability of the galvannealed steel sheet are parted by the presence of the localized phases of Al to prevent the generation and propagation of cracks at the time of subjection to deformation.

    • PURPOSE: To produce a galvannealed steel sheet excellent in workability, in which a Ti added extra low carbon steel is used as a base steel sheet. CONSTITUTION: This base steel sheet is composed of an extra low carbon Ti- added steel and a plating layer has a composition containing, by weight, 8-13% Fe and 0.35-0.6% Al and also has (20 to 90)g/m coating weight. In the cross sectional structure of the plating layer, alloy phases of >=0.5% Al concentration are allowed to exist locally within the range of 2μm with the interface between the plating layer and the base steel sheet as the center. The frequency of existence of the locally existing phases of Al is regulated so as to correspond to the size of crystalline grain boundaries of the base steel sheet. The production of this galvannealed steel sheet is done while regulating the effective A1 concentration of a plating bath to 0.12-0.20%. Γ-phase, causing deterioration in the workability of the galvannealed steel sheet is decomposed by allowing the locally existing phase of Al to exist, and the occurrence and propagation of cracks at the time of being subjected to deformation and be prevented.
