    • PURPOSE:To prevent the startability of an oil pump from becoming worse due to a load by relieving the discharge side of the oil pump when the oil temperature is less than a fixed value and the engine is in a starting engine speed, or when the engine is in an idling engine speed and the oil pressure is more than a fixed value. CONSTITUTION:An oil pump 1 sucks in oil from an oil pan 9, and supplies oil through a circulation passage 7 to the lubricating part 6 of an engine. Near the discharge opening of the oil pump 1, a return passage 8 branches off from the circulation passage 7, and on the return passage 8 is provided a spool-type electro-magnetic relief valve 2. An electro-magnetic coil 208 for driving the electro-magnetic relief valve 2 is controlled by a microcomputer 3, and according to detection values from an oil temperature sensor 31, engine speed sensor 32 and an oil pressure sensor 33, when the oil pressure is not less than 5 kg/cm , and the engine is in an idling speed, and moreover, the oil pressure is not less than 1 kg/cm , or the oil temperature is approximately -15 deg.C, and the engine speed is less than 800 rpm, the valve 2 is caused to open.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent useless power consumption by stopping electricity to a heater at the time of an overdischarge of a battery, a raise of the revolutional number and breakage of the heater based on an oil temperature, an engine revolutional number, a battery voltage and an impressed voltage to an oil heating heater. CONSTITUTION:The first comparison circuit F puts out high level at the time of non-overdischarge when the voltage of a battery A is more than a prescribed value, and the second comparison circuit G puts out high level when an engine oil temperature detecting device D detects a temperature lower than a prescribed temperature. On the other hand, the third comparison circuit H puts out high level when an engine revolutional number detecting device E detects a number more than a prescribed revolutional number, and the fourth comparison circuit I puts out high level when an impressed voltage to a heater C is less than the prescribed value. A closing means L for controlling electricity to the heater C is turned on at an AND condition of the first and the second comparison circuits and turned off at an OR condition of the third and the fourth comparison circuits.
