    • PURPOSE:To effectively solidify the ground by a method in which two kinds of a quick-setting grout and a slow-setting grout are concurrently injected into the ground through two grout pathways formed in an injection tube penetrated into the ground. CONSTITUTION:The tubes 5 and 6 serving as pathways for quick-setting grouts A and B are inserted into the outer tube 4 of an injection tube 1 in such a way as to form pathways for slow-setting grouts C+D in the aperture 7 between the outer tube 4 and the tubes 5 and 6. A jet port 2 for the slow-setting grouts C+D is provided at the tip of the injection tube 1 and the jet port 3 for the quick-setting grouts A and B is provided 0.3-2m far from the jet port 2 so that they can be injected concurrently into the ground. By this, since two kinds of grouts can be concurrently injected, unformly solidified skeletal structure of ground can be effectively formed without breaking the structure even for a complicatedly structured ground.

    • PURPOSE: To form a uniform hardened object without destroying a frame stucture of a soil having the complicated nature of the soil, by a method wherein an instantaneous curing grout and a slow curing grout are simultaneously poured into the ground through their respective flow paths in a pouring pipe inserted into the ground.
      CONSTITUTION: A C+D liquid, which is slow curing grout, is poured into the ground through a discharge port 2 at a forward end of a pouring pipe 1, and a discharge port 3 for an A and a B liquid, which are the instantaneous curing grout, is positioned about 0.3W2m above from the end. When a slow curing grout is poured, the instantaneous curing grout, simultaneously, is poured through the discharge port 3. The pump for the A and the B liquid and the pump for the C+D liquid are mounted as a pouring device, and a ratio of pouring amount of the two types of the grouts, and pouring speed of them are regulated individually.

    • PURPOSE:To raise the exactness of the injection of a grout into fine interstices under a low pressure by a method in which a grout is put into a pressure pot for grout injection, and pneumatic pressure is applied to the upper part of the pressure pot to inject the grout through an injection pipe inserted into the injection port into the fine interstices. CONSTITUTION:A ballast base concrete 2 and a ballast concrete 3 are provided on an invert concrete 1, injection holes 6 are drilled at a given interval in the concretes 2 and 3, and a packer nozzle 7 is inserted into the injection holes 6. An air blow prevention sphere 8 is put in a pressure pot A, its lower part is connected to the nozzle 7, and an upper grout charging port 9 is also provided. Compressed air of a pressure slightly higher than the atmospheric pressure is sent through a distribution valve 10, a pressure regulator valve 11, and an air hose 12 to slowly and exactly inject a small amount of grout in the pressure pot A into the fine interstices below the concretes 2 and 3.
