摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the titled steel plate with high corrosion and chemical resistance by forming, on a base material such as cold-rolled steel plate, cured film through baking which consists mainly of silane compound of specific formula, hydroxyl group-contg. organic polymer and alkyletherified melamine. By this method, the life of the roll for dull working on the steel surface is prolonged, the process reduction is obtained due to decrease of the roll consumption unit and decrease of the roll exchange, and further the excellent surface treating property of the dull worked steel plate is obtained.
