    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road side wall which can absorb sound waves and radio waves, and has fewer limitations than a conventional wall body capable of absorbing sound waves and radio waves in terms of material selection and entire structure, and to provide a radio wave absorber which is for use in building a road side wall or the like, has a radio wave absorbing capability and a sound wave transmissive capability.
      SOLUTION: The road side wall A is formed of a radio wave absorbing layer 1 having a plurality of holes 11 formed therein which is arranged on the incident side of radio waves and sound waves, a sound absorbing body 2 (and an air layer 4) arranged on the rear side of the radio wave absorbing layer 1, and a rigid metallic plate 3 arranged on the rearmost side of the road side wall, and has both radio wave absorbing performance and sound absorbing performance. Each hole 11 formed in the radio wave absorbing layer 1 has a maximum diameter that is equal to or smaller than a wavelength of an absorption target radio wave (e.g. 5.8 GHz radio waves for use in the ITS), and an area ratio (open area ratio) of the entire holes 11 to the surface of the radio wave absorbing layer 1 is set to 5 % or more.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the great displacement of a seal material with a small stroke of a driving member by solving problems in that the great displacement of the seal material cannot be achieved with a small stroke of the driving member.
      SOLUTION: A swing lever 22 is mounted on a door body 11 via a base pin 33 so as to swing up and down. A front end pin 35 is mounted at the front end of the swing lever 22 and a longitudinal movable member 24 is arranged on a door meeting portion 14. The seal material 25 is mounted on the movable member 24 for blocking a gap to the door meeting portion 14. The driving member 23 has one end mounted on an intermediate portion of the swing lever 22 via an intermediate pin 34 and the other end to be pushed by a door frame 12 to move the movable member 24 in a sealing direction. A return spring 26 is energized against the driving member 23 in a counter sealing direction.
