    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boarding device capable of opening/closing seats, footrests and armrests simultaneously and smoothly opening the seats without a special power source by using a power device for lifting/lowering a boarding tool as a power device for opening/closing the seats and the like. SOLUTION: This boarding device 1 comprises a running truck 2 running along a running rail 3 and the boarding tool 1a liftably hung from the running truck 2. The boarding tool 1a comprises a lifting/lowering frame 10 vertically moving along a frame 9 by a motor 27a for lifting/lowering the boarding tool, a slide member 11 sliding along the lifting/lowering frame 10, a stopper 13 for regulating lifting of the slide member 11 and downward pressing the slide member 11, and a link member 20 operatively associated with lifting/lowering of the slide member 11. A seat base 16 is rotatably journaled to the lifting/ lowering frame 10, and a seat base end part 17 is journaled to the link member 20. By operation of the lifting/lowering frame 10, the seat 6 can be switched between a using position and a storage position. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arbitrarily continuously move a boarding step without narrowing an effective width of stairs in a stair room. SOLUTION: This stair lifts constructed in the stair room 1 of a building is provided with a guide rail 3, a travel cart 4, and the boarding step 5. The guide rail 3 is continuously formed along the neighborhood of an inner ceiling of stair passages 2 vertically three-dimensionally continued in zigzag in the stair room 1. The rail 3 is three-dimensionally bent in the U-shape at a corner of the stair passages 2. The travel cart 4 is travelable on the guide rail 3. The boarding step 5 is suspended from the travel cart 4. The travel cart 4 is driven by plural guide pulleys 14, a wire 15 and a traveling driving source 16. Plural pulleys 14 are respectively mounted on the stair passages 2. The wire 15 is set up along the guide rail 3 through each guide pulley 14, and connected to the travel cart 4. The traveling driving source 16 applies the driving force to travel the wire 15.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling carriage having a function of preventing a mount from falling due to wire cutting or the like when the carriage is moving on an inclined portion, without any problems when the traveling carriage moves along a horizontal portion, and further provide a wire connection portion that allows an easy field application and that can pass a sheave smoothly, in a stair lift device having a traveling carriage that goes along a rail in a stair hall of a building having several stories. SOLUTION: This stair lift device has the following configuration. A traveling carriage 4 is linked to a wire 15. The traveling carriage 4 includes an operation arm 32 that detects wire cutting or lowering of wire tractive force, a piston 30 that moves up/down in conjunction with the operation arm 32, inclination interlock means for detecting that the traveling carriage 4 is running on an inclined portion, and a cylinder 24 that operates according to the movement of the inclination interlock means. In a state where the operation arm 32 detects lowering of the wire tractive force, and only when the inclination interlock means detects that the carriage is running on the inclined portion, a brake plate 31 that is mounted on the upper portion of the piston is pressed on the under surface of a rail, and the friction force that is generated then makes the travel carriage stop.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stair lift device that enables moving up and down along stairs stably and smoothly, and especially, allowing a carriage to run smoothly at the corner of the stair passage. SOLUTION: This stair lift device guides a traction wire 15 of a carriage 4 that travels on a rail 3 by a set of guide sheaves 14 provided at the corner of a stair passage 2, having a guide rail 3b that curves three-dimensionally like a substantial U-shape at the corner of the stair passage 2. In the device, two sets of guide sheaves 14a and 14b for guiding a wire are provided. Each of which has a plurality of sheaves piled on one another, at the corner of the stair passage 2. Each of the guide sheave set 14a or 14b is parallel to an inclined rail 3a on the side in which guide sheaves are placed connected to both ends of an intermediate rail 3b that curves three-dimensionally like a substantially U-shape. Also, the sheave sets 14a and 14b are provided in order to guide the traction wire 15 between the two guide sheave sets 14a and 14b horizontally.
