摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the title device designed to volatilize active ingredients such as a fumigant for vermin control, by sandwiching a match tip chemical in between slide members having match side chemical layer to facilitate ignition confirmation and improve operability. CONSTITUTION:A vessel 2a is charged with a chemical 1 such as a fumigant, and the lower part of an igniting composition 5 is embedded into said chemical 1. The objective ignition device is comprised of a match tip chemical 3 and a slide member 4a for rubbing said tip chemical 3. For said tip chemical 3, its base end is in contact with said composition 5, and the slide member 4a, which is made of an elastic material with part of the facing inner surface in a narrow space provided with a match side chemical layer 8, is set to so as to sandwich said tip chemical 3 with said facing inner surface. When the slide member 4a is put to reciprocating motion, the match tip 3 is rubbed. Said match tip 3 and slide member 4a may be covered with a light-transmissive cover or a cover with aperture capable of confirming ignition.

Foaming resin B is concurrently foamed at a bond line junction 1-2, the melted brazing material C is extruded to the opened end, the brazing material is infiltrated into the bond line to integrally braze a tube body and the bond. The brazing material A is set higher than the case upper edge by 1-2mm, the depth of grooves formed by projections and recesses is set to 1-2mm, the width of the grooves is set to 1-3mm.

Then, the capsule 1 is dipped into water for absorbing water by the container 4 and then is inserted into a boring hole 6 of a concrete block 8, an anchor bolt 1 is driven for breaking the container 4, and the mixture is allowed to flow out for filling the gap of the hole 6, thus sealing the bolt 7, thus easily manufacturing the capsule, at the same time eliminating such trouble as moisture absorption, and improving working efficiency.

摘要： PURPOSE:To magnify a fine arc trace so as to easily detect the arc trace of an arc horn where any fault current occurs by igniting a heating agent in a metallic container fixed at the end of the arc horn with application of energy of a surge current or a fault current flowing the arc horn. CONSTITUTION:Arc horns 1 are fixed with clamps 23 above and under an insulator string 22 to protect the string 22 from a lightning discharge toward a transmission-distribution line 21. When a fault current caused by a lightning short flows through the arc horns 1 fixed in the insulator string 22, the fault current flows in a heating agent 3 via a metallic container 2 so as to ignite the heating agent 3. The temperature at the container 2 becomes higher by the reaction heat of the heating agent 3 caused by the ignition so that the surface thereof is discolored by oxygen in the atmosphere. With this discoloring, an arc trace caused by the fault current can be displayed magnified. Therefore, the arc trace caused by the fault current can be visually detected with ease.

When the anchor becomes unnecessary, water is added to or vibration is applied to the grout 5 to crush the grout into powder. The metallic pipe connection part of high reliability is thus obtd. with a simple method.
