    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for safely and quickly repairing only a repairing part without cooling a regenerator, in a hot-repairing of a ceramic burner in a hot stove. The supporting device is inserted from the opening part of the furnace and fixed, and the heat insulating plate supporting beam 6 and a jig for fitting are connected and the heat insulating plate supporting beam 6 is inserted which adjusting angle with a guide for adjusting the inserting angle, and heat insulating plates 7 divided into plural number are laid on the heat insulating plate supporting beam 6. After removing the jig for fitting, the heat insulating plate supporting beam is rotated and the inserting of the heat insulating plate supporting beam and the laying of the heat insulating plates 7 divided into plural number on the heat insulating plate supporting beam are repeated. The heat insulating plates 7 divided into plural number are combined and the whole hot stove cross section is shut off into the upper side and the lower side.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suggest a temporary structure of rock fall prevention net in an oven, capable of improving safety of workers in an oven by preventing falling of brick or the like releasing from a side wall of the oven.
      SOLUTION: The method for temporarily providing the rock prevention net is characterized by fixing an upper end opening 12 in a rock fall prevention net 11 constituted in cylindrical state so that openings 12 and 13 are formed at upper and lower ends in an oven 2 in which a diameter-expanding side wall 46 in which the diameter is gradually expanded from an oven port 42 to the lower direction and a vertical side wall 48 installed in nearly vertical direction from the lower end 47 of the diameter-expanding side wall 46 toward an oven bottom 43 are at least formed, over at least 3 places in an oven port 42 formed in the center of oven top in the oven 2, and injecting air in arbitrary height in the vertical side wall 48 into a first air duct 31 provided in a ring-like state along the opening 13 of the lower end of the rock fall prevention net 11, and expanding the diameter of the first air duct 31 to the outside and making the outer periphery in the opening 13 of the lower end of the rock fall prevention net 11 adhere tightly to the vertical side wall 48 thereby.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage hazard from a tube caused by oxidative corrosion, and to recover the exhaust heat from a high-temperature zone very efficiently, by using a ceramic tube as an outer tube, in a heat exchanger of double tube-type, provided to a heating furnace or the like in order to preheat the air. CONSTITUTION:The air is fed into an inner tube 4 from an air feed header 4, falling down through the inner tube 4, and let it out of the inner tube 4 from an outlet 5 into a gap 7. After that, the air is turned round to go upward in the neighborhood of a ceramic block 10, and on its way, it is preheated by the heat from exhaust gas which contacts with the outer surface of a ceramic outer tube 6, and is raised up into a highly heated gas header 2. By using a ceramic tube for the outer tube 6, the tube is prevented from leakage caused by oxidative corrosion, and exhaust heat from a high-temperatured zone can be recovered. When ceramics of the outer tube 6 is expanded at the time of exchanging heat, the outer tube 6 is extended to the side of a hole 17 on the wall 12 of a lower duct, and its extension is absorbed by the spring of a supporter 8. With such an arrangement, the ceramic tube is prevented from being damaged or from leakage.
