摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trommel made proof against clogging of sieve openings by tapes by a simple structure and to provide a method for separating wastes by using the trommel. SOLUTION: The trommel is the one that sieves the wastes introduced into the hollow of a rotary drum by many sieve openings piercing the peripheral wall and has a scraper that removes tapes contained in the wastes and clogging the sieve openings on passing. The trommel may be the above one wherein the scraper has a comb-like scraping member with scraping pieces arranged in the direction of the axis of the rotary drum, scraping the tapes, and confronting the sieve openings at their tips.

The sorted plastics are introduced with the lightweight plastics 2b into a chlorine-containing plastic removing process, and chlorine-containing plastics are separated/removed.

The method further comprises a step of cleaning the bottle-like plastic from which the label is released.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag breaking device that unseals a bag for packing a valuables such as refuse of resources and an inner bag containing bottles which is wrapped by the former bag. SOLUTION: This bag breaking device is made up of a pair of bag breaking wheels 20 arranged in close proximity to each other for unsealing a bag packing contents. Each of the bag breaking wheels 20 has a wheel 12 and a conically trapezoidal saucers 16 provided on a rotary shafts 6b which are slightly inclined with the rotary shafts 6a. In addition, first pointed head parts 3a protruding almost perpendicularly upward are provided at almost an equal interval on the peripheral edge of the wheel 12, and second pointed head parts 13 are arranged at an equal interval in the peripheral direction on the inner peripheral part of the wheel 12. Further, the protrusion angle of the second pointed head parts 13 is different from that of the first pointed head parts 3a, and a pressing mechanism 19 fixed to a trestle is arranged above the adjacent parts of the bag breaking wheels 20. Thus it is possible to positively unseal a bag packing valuable materials such as refuse of resources and an inner bag.

Then, the light- weight plastics are separated into a high gravity plastic containing the chlorine- containing plastic having a larger specific gravity than that of a gravity liquid and a light gravity plastic having a smaller specific gravity than that of the gravity liquid according to a wet gravity difference selection for selecting in accordance with a gravity difference using a waster or a heavy liquid of the gravity liquid. Then, the high gravity plastic is heated at a predetermined temperature, melted, and a chlorine contained in the high gravity plastic is removed. Thus the chlorine removed high gravity plastic and the light gravity plastic are granulated by a predetermined granulating step, and recycled.

The torn garbage bag B1 becomes free from the bag removing screens 17a, 17b at positions of collection chutes 18a, 18b and drops onto the chutes 18a, 18b.
