摘要： PURPOSE:To produce a sound absorption plate, being light in weight and also excellent in flexural strength using slag wool obtained from sludge. CONSTITUTION:As the raw materials, 20-100wt.% slag wool which is obtained from sludge contained in sewerage and the balance of rockwool are used. Water and a prescribed additive are mixed to the raw materials and agitated to prepare a slurry in 1.0-3.0wt.% concentration. The slurry mixture is supplied to a sheet making machine to produce a plate body having prescribed thickness by the sheet making machine. The plate body is dried and then a drilling work is performed on the surface.

CONSTITUTION:The mixed slurry consists of the slag wool obtained from the sludge contained in sewerage, an inorg. filler and the prescribed additive, and the content of the inorg. filler is confined in the range of 10-50wt.% per the slag wool content. The mixed slurry consisting of the slag wool, the inorg. filler and the prescribed additive is fed to a paper making machine, and converted to the plate having prescribed thickness. The plate is dried, and drilling work is subjected to the surface of the plate.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce an approximately white sound absorbing board by using a slag wool obtained from sludge. CONSTITUTION:The raw material contg. 50-90wt.% rock wool and the balance slag wool obtained from the sludge contained in sewage, 10-50wt.%, based on the raw material, of an inorg. filler and a specified additive are mixed. Water and a specified additive are mixed with the raw material, agitated and slurried. The slurry is introduced into a board forming machine and made into a board having a specified thickness. The board is dried, and an undercoat is formed on the surface. The board is then bored to produce a sound absorbing opening, and then an overcoat is applied.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce a light weight sound-absorbing board having excellent bending strength by using slag wool obtained from sludge. CONSTITUTION:The raw material for the subject sound-absorbing board is composed of 20-100wt.% of slag wool having fiber diameter of >=7mum and obtained from sewage sludge and the remaining part of rock wool. The raw material is mixed with water and prescribed additives and stirred to obtain a slurry having a concentration of 0.4-0.8wt.%. The slurry is introduced into a paper machine to form a board having a prescribed thickness. The board is dried and the surface is perforated to form the objective sound-absorbing board.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce the sound absorbing plate having good texture and excellent coating performance by using the slag wool obtd. from sludge. CONSTITUTION:Raw materials consisting of 50 to 90wt.% slag wool obtd. from the sludge contained in sewage and the remaining amt. of rock cool, inorg. fillers of the amt. within the 10 to 50wt.% range of the raw materials and prescribed additives are used. Water and the prescribed additives are mixed with the raw materials and the mixture is stirred to prepare a slurry. The slurry mixture is introduced to a sheeting machine and is sheeted to a plate body having a prescribed thickness by this sheeting machine. This plate body is dried and the surface thereof is subjected to primer coating. The plate body is then subjected to perforating and is thereby provided with sound absorbing apertures. Such plate body is subjected to finish coating.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a harmful component in a waste gas from transferring to a sludge and further to completely burn the waste gas of a carbonization furnace. SOLUTION: The sludge having a high content of water is charged into a drier 13 and dried, and the dried sludge is put into a carbonization furnace 15 to obtain a carbonized material. In this case, the waste gas of the carbonization furnace 15 and that of the drier 13 are introduced into a heating equipment 20 and heated. Subsequently, the waste gas deodorized and completely burned by the heating is introduced into a heat exchanger 21 to exchange heat with air. The obtained high-temp. air is sent into the drier 13 and effectively utilized as a part of the drying heat source of the sludge having a high content of water.

CONSTITUTION:A granule flow meter 12 is arranged in the vicinity of the outlet of a quantitative feeder 11. A converter 14 to compute a proper flow rate of air from a detected value from the granule flow meter 12 and operate a flow rate regulating valve 13 and a regulator 15 are provided. A flow rate of dried sludge fed from the quantitative feeder 11 to the granule flow meter 12 is detected and from the detected value, a proper flow rate of air is computed. Based on a computed value, the flow rate regulating valve 13 is then operated to control the flow rate of air to a proper value. This method regulates the ratio between a flow rate of air fed to a burner 3 and the flow rate of dried sludge of a granule to a value within a given range.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to raise the temperature of the tap hole rapidly even when its temperature falls temporarily by installing a sludge burner and an auxiliary burner at the positions which are lower than the center of the height of the furnace wall and at the same time fixing one of the burners or both on a rotating body which rotates on a penetrating axis of the furnace wall. CONSTITUTION:An object to be burned which is led to a sludge burner 4 is jetted out towards the inner circumferential wall of the main body 1 of a melting furnace with the fuel for an auxiliary burner 5 so as to burn the object to be burned as it swirls in the furnace, and it melts like slag and is caught by the furnace wall face, and it flows out of a tap hole 3. The temperature of the tap hole 3 falls temporarily if there is an external disturbance such as a variation in the quantity of supply of objects to be burned, a variation in their components, etc. This fall in temperature is detected by a thermocouple, etc., and an electric motor 54 is driven and its rotational force is transmitted to a rotating body 52 through a gear train 53. The rotating body 52 is thereby rotated anticlockwise in the range of angle of theta on a penetrating axis 0-0 which intersects the furnace wall and the position of the burner 50 of the auxiliary burner 5 moves by a distance L. As a result fuel is jetted out of the auxiliary burner 5 towards the vicinity of the tap hole 3, and by the combustion of the fuel the tap hole 3 is heated and it rapidly recovers its original temperature.
