    • PURPOSE:To accurately detect the position of a welded part, by allowing lights to alternately irradiate the surface of the welded part formed to the outer surface of a seam weld pipe from both left and right side light projectors and receiving left and right surface brightnesses due to the irradiated lights to compare both brightness signals. CONSTITUTION:Left and right side light projectors 3A, 3B are arranged to both sides of the light receiver 4 arranged directly above the welded part 2 of a seam weld pipe 1 and allow lights to irradiate the surfaces of the welded part 2 and the surfaces of matrix parts 1'A, 1'B in the vicinity of said welded part. The lights from both light projectors 3A, 3B cross the axial line of the electroforming pipe 1 at right angles and pass through the central part of the welded part 2 in the lateral direction thereof to be inclined by an angle theta to the straight line (l) extending to the diameter direction of the electroforming pipe 1 while these irradiated lights are regularly reflected from the surfaces of the matrix parts 1'A, 1'B in the vicinity of the welded part and only the lights regularly reflected from the surfaces of the matrix parts 1'A, 1'B among reflected lights are directly incident to the light receiver 4. Therefore, when lights are allowed to irradiate the surface of the welded part 2 of the seam weld pipe 1 and the surfaces of the matrix parts 1'A, 1'B in the vicinity of said welded part 2 from the left and right light projectors 3A, 3B, a brightness signal having a peak is obtained from the light receiver 4 to enable the positional detection of the welded part.

    • PURPOSE:To measure temperature accurately even in a high temperature range by dividing the output voltage of a differential amplifier which has a negative and a positive feedback circuit, impressing the divided output voltage to an impedance converter, and reducing the resistance between the differential amplifier and a thermistor until it can be ignored. CONSTITUTION:When a reference voltage Ein is impressed from a DC power source 12 to the differential amplifier 13, the output voltage E0 of the amplifier 13 is divided 16 and the divided output voltage E0' is impressed to the thermistor 18 through the impedance converter 17 to reduce the resistance between the thermistor 18 and the output terminal of the amplifier 13 until it can be ignored through the operation of the converter 17. For the purpose, the thermistor 18 is held at specific temperature and at least one of the amplification degree, positive feedback rate, and division rate is so adjusted that the voltage E0 of the amplifier 13 increases, so that the voltage E0 increases nonlinearly as the positive feedback rate increases. Therefore, the relation between the voltage E0 of the amplifier 13 and the temperature of the thermistor 18 is corrected into linear relation and a temperature measurement is taken accurately.

    • PURPOSE:To measure temperature with high accuracy by attaching a thermistor connected to a positive feedback circuit of a differential amplifier having a negative feedback circuit and a positive feedback circuit to an object to be measured, applying a reference voltage to the differential amplifier and measuring the output voltage of the differential amplifier. CONSTITUTION:A reference voltage EIN is applied to the differential amplifier 6 by a DC power source 5. The amplifier 6 has a negative feedback circuit and a positive feedback circuit. The negative feedback circuit consists of a resistance 7 for negative feedback and a resistance 8 for negative feedback. The positive feedback circuit consists of a thermistor 9, a resistance 10 for positive feedback and a resistance 11 for positive feedback. The temperature of the thermistor 9 is kept at a specified temperature, and at least one of amplification degree of the amplifier 6 or positive feedback ratio is adjusted to increase an output voltage E0 of the amplifier 6. As the thermistor 9 is attached to the object to be measured and the relation between temperature of the object to be measured and the voltage E0 is close to linear, its temperature can be measured with high accuracy.
