    • PURPOSE:To more easily adhere the dental plate and resin than in the case of bringing an anchor into sliding contact by molding a metallic plate to such a shape as to come into tight contact with the palate to prepare a stock plate for the dental plate, then thermally spraying and fixing metallic particles to the resin adhering layer of the stock plate. CONSTITUTION:The metallic plate 6 consisting of Ti, etc., is molded to the palate shape to prepare the stock plate for the dental plate. The metallic particles 9 of Ti metal, etc., are then fixed by thermal spraying to the resin adhering surface of the stock plate. The mechanical binding strength to the resin is greatly increased by fixing the metallic particles to the resin adhering surface of the stock plate for the dental plate in such a manner. In addition, the problem of surface roughening of the dental plate as in the case of welding the anchor thereto is eliminated by utilizing the thermal spraying method.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a dental plate from being deformed by the polymerizing shrinkage of resin and thermal shrinkage at the time of cooling by dividing the resin into plural blocks before or after the resin is set, removing the distortion of the dental plate and next integrating the divided pars of the resin. CONSTITUTION:A dental plate 1 is formed and afterwards, artificial teeth 2 are fixed through resin 3 to the dental plate 1. In such a case, since the resin 3 is shrinked at the time of polymerization and thermally shrinked by cooling, the dental plate 1 is deformed by this shrinkage. In order to reduce this deformation, the resin 3 is divided into plural blocks 3A. Thus, the distortion of the dental plate 1 to be generated by the shrinkage of the resin 3 to be caused by the polymerization and cooling is removed. After the distortion is removed, a coupling material 9 of the same quality as the resin 3 is charged in a groove, which is formed when the resin 3 is divided, and the divided parts of the resin 3 are integrated. Thus, since the distortion of the dental plate can be removed, the dental plate can be manufactured with higher accuracy.

    • PURPOSE:To easily bond a denture base and a resin by applying an adhesive to the resin bonding surface of the denture base to bond metal particles to the surface and applying impact liquid pressure to the particles through a waterproof sheet to fix the same to the denture base and mounting artificial teeth to the denture base through the resin. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive is applied to the resin bonding surface of a preliminarily molded denture base 1 made of Ti. For example, the denture base 1 is molded by impact liquid pressure molding. Next, particles 9 made of Ti are bonded to the bonding surface coated with the adhesive and bonding surface is subsequently covered with a waterproof resin sheet 7 to be set to an impact liquid pressure molding apparatus and a projectile 8 is fired into the container 4 of the impact liquid pressure molding apparatus. By this method, the metal particles 9 are partially embedded in the denture base 1 to be integrated with the denture base 1. Subsequently, artificial teeth 2 are fixed to the denture base 1 through a resin 3 according to a usual method. The resin 3 is strongly bonded to the denture base 1 by the metal particles 9 integrated with the denture base 1 forming projections.
