摘要： PURPOSE:A blooming mill capable of producing a variety of steel products which has blooming and bellet mill line and blooming mill line, both having a common charging side for blooming steel, and which has a soaking pit and a heating furnace on the charging side. CONSTITUTION:The steel ingot from the soaking pit 3 or the cast steel pieces from the heating furnace 4 is rolled into a fixed shape by means of the universal and high lift mill 5 and then is cut by the slabshear 7 after passing through the hot scarfer 6. The cut steel slabs are arranged to a fixed number by the piller 8 and then transported to the slab cooling place 10 through the slab transfer car 9, the sars of the slabs, as needed, are removed by the cold scarfer 11, and then the slabs are transferred through the thick slab aligning line 12 or the thin slab aligning line 18 to the thick slab yard 13 or the thin slab yard 19. When blooming the slabs, the slab is rolled by the blooming mill 14 and then cut into a fixed length by the hot saw 16. And, when billeting the slab, it is rolled by the billet mill 15 and then cut by the hot saw 16. Thus, this equipment greatly increases the function of the blloming mill.

摘要： PURPOSE:To roll-form a beam blank of optional size by a common rolling mill and common rolling rolls by forming an original-form part of flange by edging, and vertically elongating the flange part into a designed flange part by edging, under the standard rolling. CONSTITUTION:In rolling a blank material 4 by using a high-lift universal mill having upper and lower horizontal rolls 1a, b provided with groove calibers 3 for edging; the original-form parts f0, (f) of flange are formed, at an initial pass, by increasing the thicknesses of both ends of the material 4 by edging it with the aids of vertical rolls 2a, b. At an intermediate pass, the material 4 is edged in the grooved calibers 3 of upper and lower horizontal rolls 1a, b to form the dog- bone shaped cross section thereof by enlarging the original-form parts f0, (f) of flange. At the last pass, the parts f0, (f) are vertically elongated by edging, into the flange parts with the aids of vertical rolls 2a, b; and the material is finished by the upper and lower horizontal rolls 1a, b and the vertical rolls 2a, b, at the finishing pass.
