      CONSTITUTION: A picture signal is sampled by an A/D converting circuit 1 up to the number necessary for the recording head to record one line, and its output signal is written in a line-memory 3-1 through a selecting circuit 2. When the writing is finished, its content is read out and transferred to a data processing circuit 5-1 through a selecting circuit 4. And simultaneously, the A/D converting circuit 1 starts sampling the picture signal enough for the next line, and its content begins to be written in a line-memory 3-2 through the selecting circuit 2. And later on, in the same manner, when the writing of the data necessary for one line in one line-memory is finished, the data for the next line begins to be written in another line-memory, i.e. either one of the three line-memories reads consecutively each other, enabling the selecting circuit 4 and the circuits in the latter part of the sequence to operate at all time.
