摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently remove an iron component contained in rolling oil by enabling the removal of the iron component to which rolling oil is bonded, reducing the amount of a washing solution used at the time of backwashing and shortening a backwashing time. CONSTITUTION:An iron component is removed from rolling oil by a process supplying the rolling oil to be treated to a cylindrical body 11 having exciting coils 12 provided to the periphery thereof and storing a large number of magnetic spheres 14 to bond the iron component contained in the rolling oil to the excited magnetic spheres and a process stopping the rolling oil after the rolling oil is passed through the cylindrical body for a definite period to demagnetize the rolling oil and allowing a washing solution to flow to remove the bonded iron component. The washing solution is supplied while the magnetic spheres 14 are vibrated.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a weight material having a high specific weight from a magnetically attracted material by a method wherein part of water-granulated matters obtained by subjecting the magnetically attracted material to a melting process is separated into magnetically attracted material and not-attracted material by an electromagnetic selector, the separated magnetically-attracted material is crushed by a crushing machine and the crushed magnetic material is used as the weight material. SOLUTION: At a first stage A, slag 10 melted and processed by a municipal waste melting furnace is granulated with water. Then, the water-granulated material at the first stage A is separated into a magnetically attracted material 11 and a not-attracted material 12 by an electromagnetic separator at the second stage B. Then, the inagnetically attracted material 11 separated at the second stage B is crushed by the crushing machine at the third stage C. Lastly, the magnetically attracted material 11 crushed at the third stage C is used as a weight material. With such an arrangement as above, the weight material having voids sufficiently removed therefrom can be manufactured conveniently without performing a remelting process.
