摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a skate rink which is easy to change design, etc., has large beauty effect, is easy to construct, and has large production effect especially by colors and lighting night and darkness. SOLUTION: An ice plate is constructed using an acrylate box (for instance 40 cm×40 cm×10 cm). Water is filled in the acrylate box up to about 1 cm from the bottom at first and freezed. Next, water is filled up to about 3 mm from the freezed face and fluorescent aggregates with 5-10 mm of particle diameter are scattered on a prescribed part to be patterned (for instance into a triangle). The 3 mm thick water is freezed and water is added to make the whole water height from the bottom of the acrylate box about 25 mm so as to completely cover the fluorescent aggregates, and freezed to form the first layer. For of such layers as that, for instance, are formed to construct a luminescence ice plate and the constructed ice plate is illuminated by a UV light in a dark room to make the stereoscopic triangle luminescence stand out.

In this way, after the applied tiles have cured, the lustrous fine pieces 2 can be fixed onto the surface of the tile 1.

The template is formed of a flat member having the pattern of the wire member such as wire corresponding to the groove, and the whole or at least a part of the template is flexible, and the template is formed by connecting a part in the longitudinal section along the vehicle advancing direction to a part orthogonal thereto at one or two parts. Continuous grooves to draw a driver's attention can be easily and surely formed, and the template is recyclable so as to be subjected to low-cost work execution.
