    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain scattering of an aggregate, to reduce traveling noise, to enhance safety, and to provide a beautiful appearance of the finish of a surface by using a crushed stone for enhancing uniformity of the grain size and uniformity of a grain shape by selecting the grain size and the grain shape as the aggregate. SOLUTION: A crushed stone on which a vertical difference is within 3 mm in conversion of sieve opening and the ratio of a long diameter to a short diameter is not less than 1.6 is removed, and is selected by using a difference in repulsion when an aggregate 1 strikes on a collision plate 2. In this case, the sieve opening is arranged so as to be vertically dislocated, and the aggregate 1 having the large ratio of a long diameter to a short diameter is selectively left on the sieve opening. The crushed stone for enhancing uniformity of the grain size and a grain shape is used as the aggregate 1 to perform surface treatment of a road surface to repair and refresh a flowing road surface, an abraded road surface and a cracked road surface. The crushed stone is applied to an asphalt road surface, the surface is heated and faired when necessary, and a bitumen material is sprayed on it. Thus, the aggregate 1 is sprayed, rolled and compacted to increase sticking force of the aggregate 1 to restrain scattering of the aggregate 1 to reduce traveling noise.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and labor required for sorting pavement waste and curb equipment investment in recycling plants by paving a mixture of pavement waste where a binder is added to pavement waste and providing a surface protection layer over the top for storage. SOLUTION: Pavement waste is obtained by cutting draining type pavement for which a recycling technique has not been established yet, with a cutting machine. A storage layer of pavement waste is built by laying and leveling a mixture of pavement waste where a binder is added to pavement waste with a laying and leveling machine and compacting with a compactor. To store and protect the storage layer of pavement waste, a surface protection layer of a thin asphalt draining type pavement is provided on the top, thereby storing pavement waste in a present site, reducing significantly transport, sorting and equipment costs involved in the storage of waste. The provision of the surface protection layer helps store pavement waste without allowing an entrance of foreign matter until a recycling technique is established and making it a raw material immediately when the recycling technique is established.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for reconstructing a drainable paved layer by heating for regeneration of an existing draining pavement and putting a thin layer of draining pavement on the draining pavement. SOLUTION: This method of regenerating the surface layer of an existing draining paved layer formed by uniformly laying down a draining pavement material formed of aggregate, sand, stone dust, and binder containing asphalt on the surface of the existing draining paved layer in the state of remaining spaces between the aggregate, comprises the steps of heating the existing paved surface layer, scratching the heated existing road surface layer 12, removing a part of the scratched draining pavement material, and re-laying down the pavement material, feeding new draining pavement material, and uniformly laying down the fed new draining paving material. By heating the surface of the existing paved layer, the asphalt binder in the existing paved layer is molten and the flowability of the aggregate is increased, and a thin layer pavement is applied onto the existing paved layer.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road face information-systematization method for pavement through which a series of information can be obtained to effectively make use of information of a road face and information after respective executed works such as cutting or paving processes (road face condition after cutting out and road face condition after paving work). SOLUTION: This road face information-systematization method for pavement is constituted of a first process A in which the conditions of a road face to be paved are measured and the data 1 are stored, a second process B in which the road face is cut on the basis of the data corrected from the condition data 1 of the road face and formation data as a reference level or projected formation data for a level desired in advance and then, the conditions are measured and the data are stored, a third process C in which after the road is paved on the basis of the condition data 1 of the road face and the condition data 2 of the road face after cutting work, the road condition are measured and the data 3 are stored, a fourth process D in which the cut profile of the paved road face is measured and the data and the data related to the condition data 1 of the road face, the condition data 2 of the road face after cutting work, and the condition data of the road face after paving work are stored as management data 4.
